Loved the location. Right at Cavill ave. Short walk to beach. Two bedroom unit was great. Big balcony which we enjoyed. Had beach views.
A lot of street noise at night. Heating did not work. Some mould around sink in kitchen. The shower pressure in main en-suite was dismal at times…

31st floor great views, clean, comfortable. Very central, downstairs lots of eateries. Trams straight outside would stay again.
Needs more starter supplies for a 9 day stay such as milk, bin liners, washing up detergent. Outdoor pools freezing, indoor pool always very crowded so never went in.
Not the property’s fault but although its 31st floor the party music noise from the street is quite loud on the weekends.

The location was great. Very central and the parking was fantastic undercover... Especially when there were hail storms in the area.
The room was extremely tired. Needed a good deep clean. The toiletries provided were extremely cheap. And the toilet paper the same. Very poor quality. For the price we paid, I expected more. The garbage shoot made the entire floor smell of garbage when you left the room. I rang the hotel and nothing was done. The air conditioning was stuck on farenheit and although I rang twice, no-one would come to fix or help us.
