🏠 was located near the city centre, it was about 1 km far from the beach. There are plenty shops including big ones near. The place was quiet overall, only there were some constructing works in the next house at the moment every morning, but that's something you can't affect. The accommodation was beautiful and clean. We found kitchen very useful, there is everything you could possibly need. Rosy is such a sweet person and helped us with everything.Overall we were very satisfied with the stay.

I was a little bit disappointed that there was only small upper window in the room and not so much natural light but we spent most of the time outside or in the kitchen so it was fine in the end.

The room was huge, very clean, lovely decor, you can see it is very new - we had our own products, but there were toiletries in the bathroom. There is a kitchen downstairs with a fridge and other appliances (we could not use the actual kitchen due to COVID, only the fridge, but I think it is a great addition if you ever want to make your own coffee in the morning :) ) Rosy is very nice and helpful, gave us some great recommendations re: where to eat in and around Avola. For us, it was great, as we wanted to use this as a 'base' and then travel around - it is conveniently situated in terms of distance to Siracusa, Marzamemi, Scicli etc. And if you go by car, parking is right under your balcony :) Totally recommend it!
