Parking on site excellent
Reasonable distance from centre
Quiet neighbourhood
Kitchen fine, not really used
AC not used
Clean
Sofa v basic
Bed just OK
Basin plug mechanism broken, needs attention
30 min walk to centre
No information on the area, things to do, taxis etc - an 'info book' would be a help as would a large bottle of water and some milk in the fridge

The apartment basically has everything needed, even the laundry machine and kitchen tools. The neighbourhood area is nice and clean. You basically find coffee shops, restaurants, and 24/7 convenient stores nearby.
Keep in mind that the property is not really close to the old town centre. You need to take a bus or taxi, which is somehow confusing for foreigners. For example, buses going from and going back to the centre are on a completely different street (bus line 33). Also, the apartment is not sound proof, prepare the ear plugs if you are noise sensitive as you can hear the AC compressor the whole night, also neighbours could be extremely noisy, for example, they played a heavy metal song after midnight during my stay.
