Beautiful 2BR condo with top of the line yet comfortable furnishings. Close to restaurants, shops and hiking rails. Host was promptly responsive to each inquiry. We are looking forward to returning.

We were in AZ for a short weekend to visit family. The condo was immaculate and cozy. The bed was great quality for sleeping and the shower was wonderful. Close to dining and shopping. We would return.

Great condo close to DC Ranch. Clean, comfortable, stocked if needed, and quiet. Would recommend. Friendly neighbors. We must comment that unlike many other VRBOs in Scottsdale we have stayed at, this owner leaves their cars in the garage so parking was quite a challenge as we were asked not park in the driveway. Had to leave one car offsite and shuttle back and forth to use it. Not an ideal situation at this price point.

We came to Scottsdale for a party at the Four Seasons and to visit friends in the area. This condo was perfectly located and convenient to everything we planned to do and any conveniences we needed. The unit is lovely and spotlessly clean.

Perfect location close to everything you could need/ want. Great morning walks without crazy traffic. Pickle ball courts and sports field .75 miles away.
Super comfy set up! Furniture, beds, all of it. Great place. We left relaxed and ready to face the cold back home….well kinda. Actually we didn’t awant to leave. Would even consider buying in this neighborhood. Great hosts.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had every amenity that we could wanted! The location is quiet and right next to a wonderful pool. We could easily access hikes and many excellent restaurants.

Jules maintains this property with great attention to detail! It was so nice to come back for a restful nights sleep before hitting the links and restaurants the next day! This was our 2nd stay and we'll be back for more!

Perfect Getaway
Our experience was exactly what we were looking for…..a clean and beautiful condo located in a quiet community, walking and driving distance from everything we needed and wanted to do. This rental is in a perfect location! The owner was exceptional at communication. We would rent this property again.

Fabulous Grayhawk Getaway
my husband and i stayed for a week in April. sparkling clean condo in great Grayhawk location. Furnishings are new and kitchen had everything you need for a delicious meals. we loved the heated pool and hot tub and the privacy this condo had. Owner was a prompt communicator. i would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property was very well maintained and comfortable. Looked just like the pictures. The carpet was very cozy, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean with lots of towels. The pool area was great and very close to the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo is in a quiet neighborhood in the Grayhawk area. Very clean and comfy. Great showers and beds. Convenient location to golf, restaurants, shopping. Our host, Jules, was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home in North Scottsdale
This is an amazing condo in my favorite part of Scottsdale. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Our hosts were amazing and let it be known they wanted our experience to be superb. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping, it is a 5 star place to stay!

We loved the location and had so much fun! Everything looked brand new and very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and other cooking supplies, and less than 1 minute from the pool! Loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Quiet and very well kept gated condo complex with 3x pools
Condo and property amenities are excellent. The spacious garage fit our full size vehicle without a problem. Internet and media availability was spot on and the unit decor is current and upscale.

Lovely, sparkling clean condo! Nice that there were coffee filters, s&p, detergent etc. Close to great restaurants and great golf! Fabulous communication with the owners!

Great condo, great location
This condo is in the heart of the north Scottsdale area. North Scottsdale is a dynamic location with great access to shopping, hiking and golf. Everything feels new and well designed with streets and freeway access as good as I’ve seen. I highly recommend this part of Phoenix and this condo in the Grayhawk community.

Thanksgiving for a beautiful home
We are so grateful to have a lovely, clean, spacious and super comfortable setting to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. Jules is a kind and responsive host and has made her home special and inviting.

Great Valley of the Sun Location
Cleanliness is my top priority and this property did not disappoint. Everything was spic and span. The Grayhawk location is beautiful with an abundance of outdoor opportunities like hiking, biking and golf. Another priority if safety and with the securety gate and general location, we felt very safe. Jules was awesome to work with and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and pleased.

Onward!
While we didn’t get to AZ due to the CoVid-19 issue, I was very impressed w/ the owners. Jules was responsive, gracious, reasonable, and accommodating at a difficult time. We will get there at some point, Jules, and we look forward to it! (N.B. VRBO requires stars so I gave ratings though we didn’t see the place - I can’t penalize the owners for this system issue.)
