great spacious clean apparent, perfect location
the front door of the building was just open and anyone can go in, even though it is meant to open by scanning a key.

The apartment's location was fine.
Poor communication. There was no spare set of bed linen, so we had to ask for one. One of the table legs was unstable, and although I informed the host, no action was taken. Even though we paid for four adults, there were only three bath towels and one face towel for a seven-night stay. There were also only two rolls of toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. The host did not inform us about the differences between UK and European power outlets, and when we asked for solutions, we received none; we had to figure it out ourselves and buy adapters separately. Overall, considering the price paid, the services provided were unsatisfactory.
