This is a well equipped, clean and safe apartment. The owners have generously thought of everything- from coffee to soft sheets. It was perfect for me!

We really enjoyed our time staying at the spacious Bryant retreat. It had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very accommodating! We liked being able to walk to the bus stop and a few restaurants that were nearby. Would definitely recommend to others!

I booked this place with a friend to visit another friend during his birthday, and it ended up being just the right fit for us. The property, located between Ravenna and Bryant, is in a quiet residential area of the city, which made for a relaxing stay. There was a nice corner cafe a short walk away that we ate at, along with other restaurants a short distance away. My friend drove, so being able to park in the driveway was very handy for us.
Check-in was very straightforward, communication with the host was very prompt, and the property was spotless upon arrival. The presence of AC was very welcome as it was starting to get warm outside on certain days. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable, and my friend told me that the sofa-bed was more comfortable than he was expecting as well. The living room was spacious and allowed us to spend an afternoon comfortably hanging out in it with our Seattle friends. We didn't utilize the kitchen a ton, but appreciated that it was there. The host supplied a booklet of various recommendations in the area as well as detailed yet straightforward check-out instructions.
All in all, it was a very clean and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood, and it was everything that it was described as. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to family we were visiting, in a quiet neighborhood, accessible by car to good food markets. Parking was always easy. The entire property was lovely and well-equipped, just as described in the listing. Nate accommodated our request to check-in early. As we have family close to this property, we will definitely want to stay here whenever we come to Seattle!

This was the perfect place to stay for our recent UW visit. It had everything we needed and fit us well (our 6'4" son easily fit on the sofa bed). The apartment is well-appointed and everything looks new. It is very convenient to U of W. The neighborhood is great and if we had not had a full weekend of activities we would have spent more time exploring. The property manager, Nate, is very responsive and helpful. We are already planning to stay here again :)

Had everything you need and more. Well organized and clean. Excellent parking. Great Hosts that have thought of everything. Most importantly for me that it was a lovely safe neighborhood that was close to the hospital.

Nice space in a lovely neighborhood. Comfy bed, laundry, equipped kitchen and comfortable living/dining area. Clean bathroom with heater. This unit has everything you need and is easily accessible (no stairs to lug suitcases!). We really enjoyed our stay and there were nice restaurants, coffee, etc nearby. Likely best if you have a car (we were driving). I would stay here again and highly recommend!

We were in Seattle for my step son's heart surgery at Children's. Nate's place was a convenient location for that, and is in a nice neighborhood. Unit was very clean and well equipped. As someone else mentioned, you can hear foot traffic overhead during the day, but not much else, and not during sleeping hours, so not an issue at all. Nate is a prompt and great communicator, would stay here again if we needed to be in this part of town.

This property was in a quiet neighborhood, close to UW (our daughter is a student there) and had a parking spot—all very convenient features when renting in Seattle. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. The owner’s attention to detail was much appreciated.

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay here. Lovely backyard, nice location 2 miles from Green Lake, and very comfortable and clean accommodations. Nate was very responsive to messages and was overall an excellent host. I would not hesitate to come back.

My husband and I enjoyed this spacious and charming apartment. Nate was very available and quickly answered any questions we had. We were conveniently located near the UW Medical Center. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, clean unit
Great and safe location, easy check in process. Very clean and all the amenities you could need. You do hear a little bit of noise from people walking above, but overall a great stay!

UW Visit and Game
This is a great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Easy to get to, inviting and very comfortable, easy check-in and check-out. We enjoyed our walks to the corner cafe for a breakfast bite, and we even walked home from the UW football game! Nate was helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back again!

There is so much I could say about how amazing this place is but I will try to keep it brief! I traveled with my daughter (22 months) and my best friend. The location was perfect! I was able to take 99 or side streets to most places and avoid I-5 (which is always a plus).
It was super easy locating the house even at 2:30am after massive flight delays. Having a driveway right by the door to unload was such a big help! The neighborhood restaurants within walking distance were superb.
My daughter loved meeting the owners sweet girls and I appreciated how kind and playful they were with her! It was nice that the backyard was kid friendly!
The inside was super cozy!! The bed slept great and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed the fresh ground coffee and half and half that were provided.
I will stay here again without hesitation!

Ravenna neighborhood
Lovely, Ravenna apartment. Great area! Close to parks, restaurants and airport. Airport 30 min. Straight shot off I-5. Very walkable neighborhood! Hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I appreciated the guidebook they made up for the area. It was so helpful. Apartment is Very clean and nicely appointed. I will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Nate!!

The house is tastefully decorated and so comfortable. Great bed and linens, well supplied kitchen, good light, welcome outdoor space. Nate was so helpful with all my many questions. Great neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Seattle. Highly recommended!
