Just one point, In my booking check out was 11 AM but actually I am told it is 9.30 AM please check and correct either site or Hotel

Totally unhealthy hotel. Bath rooms are not cleaned. Bed sheets and pillow slips r stains. Ac is not effective. Changed room twice during a day stay.

The staffs behaviour and service was pathetic. I have never seen this kind of worst service. Could you please let me know how raise a complaint regarding this hotel. I booked the hotel for 1st, 2nd & 3rd 3 nights 4 days. I called hotel guys on 31st and informed we will be checking in by 10:30 pm they said don't worry we will keep your rooms ready. We checked in by 10:30 pm after a 7 hours of journey and found room was not clean, Insects coming out from windows ac room number 206, ac was not working in room number 209. So at night we have change the room for 209 but they have denied to change the room for 206 said rooms are not available. This hotel Is under construction while trying to sleep in afternoon they after drilling. We need to call the reception every time. Bath towel, bed sheet, water bottle not filled and least bother to change it everyday doesn't even changed it for one day. Pathetic service and hotel. I went there with my family around 12 people and there was small kid 2 years old in last before check out this kid vomit in bed sheet there are asking money to clean it or clean it by ourselves. I will share an update this things in media also also tag hotel and booking.com also. Location is good but rest all are worst.
