Goditi tramonti mozzafiato e ampie vedute del Golfo del Messico da questo lussuoso appartamento di circa 1400 piedi quadrati con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con vista sul golfo situato nell'esclusivo Lands End Village nel South Seas Island Resort. Questo condominio di vacanza di lusso è a pochi passi dalle spiagge incontaminate di sabbia bianca e le acque blu del Golfo del Messico in una posizione tranquilla circondata da palme e paesaggi tropicali. Lands End 1625 ha tre aree esterne tra cui una veranda coperta / sala da pranzo e due ponti all'aperto che offrono ampie vedute del Golfo del Messico e Redfish Pass. Questo condominio per vacanze di lusso offre anche una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice / asciugatrice in-unità, zona pranzo e soggiorno con un divano letto componibile (queen size) e una TV a schermo piatto. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
This is was the most perfect place to stay on Captiva. I have been coming for several years to the island and this was by far the best! Beautiful sunsets, spectacular view of the gulf and north captiva. Peaceful & tranquil. ❤️

Pleasure
Everything was great. However, I was not aware that the South Sea amenities would not be included. It worked out okay. Also, the ice maker does not work and we had to purchase batteries for tv remote! I think a laundry basket would be nice as well. Thanks so much.

After calling the owner and VRBO we looked again on the listing and yes it does state at the very bottom of the description that south seas amenities were not included. Although, this was never mentioned in the contract we signed. We came on the vacation to relax and our two younger children were very disappointed when he had to drive by the huge pool with slides but they were not aloud to use this pool. I just advise anyone booking to read the description completely and do not be fulled by the title that says south seas.
On the other hand, the room was very clean, the dryer and freezer ice maker did not work. There was plenty of room for our family and a beautiful view of the ocean. It is very easy to get to and from on the golf cart we rented from an outside company.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 1625 Lands End. The property is set up perfectly for a family of 4.The views from the rooms are outstanding. We had another couple staying on the island and they thought this was the best layout/unit they had seen in Captiva. Access to the pool, hot tub and grill area are directly across the street...which is great. All in all; we had a great time. The staff was very responsive / helpful. I appreciated the text notification and updates; they were timely and helpful. Very pleased with the overall experience.

This is a great property, we really enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and fully equipped with everything you’ll need. Decor is simple and very clean, communication and response time was excellent. The check-in and checkout process is very simple. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo
We had a wonderful stay in the Lands End condo on Captiva. It is a beautiful home in a prime location. Managers were very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely will do again sometime.

Perfect Family Getaway
Overall this is an excellent no-frills property in a beautiful spot overlooking a golf course and the gulf. It offered convenient access to the beach as well as local restaurants and bars. There were 5 adults staying in the unit and the only complaint was lack of beach towels (we had 3), bath towels (we had 8) and toilet paper (3 rolls) for a 6 night stay.

Wonderful! Love Lands End! They are not as helpful on return calls or finding a place on the island with high speed internet as I wished they could have been. Also, we’re not able to find a 3 bedroom option. Will book now for next year.

Perfect in every way.
Online process was fine. Internet is too slow to work from here during COVID for my needs. Not everyone could come this year because of that😷 No special sanitizing products were found which would have been nice upon arrival. Needed washing machine soap to do a load, only came with fabric softener. Loved all the beach items, chairs, umbrellas, wagon. Private beach, private pool (only 10 max at a time)This was the best to week all year!

The. Carpet in this beach condo is very unsanitary. The appliances are extremely outdated. Although the view of the ocean is stunning and the pool area is serene, the unit itself needs a lot of TLC

Nice unit with a terrific view. The folks at Dream Vacations are a pleasure to deal with! The service is outstanding; very responsive and timely. They always answer the phone even after hours. Nice to know they are available if and when minor questions come up.

Absolutely beautiful view. Access to the beach and pool exceeded our expectations. We were very satisfied with the condo. Friendly, courteous, and efficient.

Beautiful view.
Property was beautiful we had a few problems management took care of. If you stay here bring your own shampoo, soap, toiletpaper, dish soap etc. We stayed 16 days and had to buy our own cleaning supplies and soaps paper towels etc.
We have never rented a place we had to buy our own supplies. We travel 3 times year.

Lovely stay in Lands End
We had a great stay at 1625 in Lands End. The location was convenient for fishing, the beach, Lands End pool. We rented a golf cart which was helpful because captiva village is about 2 miles away. We were aware based on the listing and reviews that we could not use many of the south seas amenities like the restaurants, pools, gym so that was not a big deal for us this time. We ended up cooking and bbqing many nights. There are not many options for grocery stories nearby (nearest one is about a 45 minute drive) so I recommend buying groceries prior to getting to Captiva. The condo was clean and centrally located and had nice views. I will say the biggest downside is being a first floor condo and having guests above you in 1626. We had two separate sets of guests and there is no sound insulation between floors, so if there are young children upstairs or what happened in our case the party upstairs invited over many many people, it can be quite loud.

Perfect family vacation
We travel to Captiva each fall for a much needed family vacation. This year we tried a vRBO instead of staying with the resort as we don’t usually use the pools or other extras. The condo was perfect with beautiful ocean views and roomy interior. Wish the soaps and condiments described would have been present so extra trip to the store. All in all great property.

Beautiful condo and gorgeous views! Loved it!
We absolutely love this condo! The only problem was the extremely noisy people upstairs in 1626. They started stomping and running around at 6am every single day and did the same whenever they were home. It was ridiculous. On our 2nd day I rang their doorbell and very nicely asked them tp please be a little quieter. It only made them louder! Who does that? I guess I should have called security...

Nice condo on north Captiva
Nice condo and we enjoyed the stay. This south seas island rental does not allow full access to the resort facilities (&golf course) and restaurants because it is not a resort company rental. It’s not a huge issue though as they’re other options off site.

Lands End 1625
The property was generally clean, but lacking in certain areas that are not obvious; a couple of examples are crumbs underneath the living room couch mattress, and at least one of the kitchen cabinets surface was dusty, which showed up on the clean glasses stored there. Beach gear was there, however one chair was not usable and the umbrella is broken so it cannot be inserted properly into the sand. The grill at the pool had no gas. These are minor issues, we would visit again. Thanks.
