Schönes Hotel, guter Aufenthalt

Sauberes und großes Zimmer Lage war nahe der old town ( zu Fuß erreichbar ) Schöne Ausstattung Tolles Personal

Bon séjour.

Bon hôtel, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre à l’arrivée car celle où nous étions avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur le couloir et c’était assez gênant car il n’y avait qu’un store pour notre intimité, et ça faisait un peu placard. Nous avons pu changer de chambre au bout de 2 nuits pour une chambre plus agréable et avec une fenêtre sur l’extérieur donc c’est un point positif. Il est sympathique d’avoir la climatisation (quoi que peu efficace, mais suffit si on la met au minimum), un réfrigérateur et des bouteilles d’eau quotidiennement. Hôtel très propre et places de parking pour scooter de location.

Le lit et les coussins n’était pas très confortables. La localisation n’est pas idéale, l’hôtel est un peu loin de tout à pieds, mais si vous louez un scooter ce n’est pas un problème car tout est accessible en quelques minutes.

Clean and friendly staff

The room was clean and for the cost, all we needed. It was a nice touch to have a tea and biscuit available in the morning.

We had a big issue booking a taxi with a short turnaround from landing to getting a ferry in the morning. However, the hotel host ended up giving us a lift so that we wouldn’t miss our ferry which was brilliant!

we had a nice short stay. and staff was really friendly and helpfull

we stayed for 1 night just to take the ferry to the phi phi islands early in the morning. the hostel is clean and has a great location for whenever you must take a ferry.

only thing that our room had no windows. And we were happy we had dinner in Phuket city because the neighborhood around here is not much to do and really quiet

we couldn’t get out because the front door mechanism failed and wasn’t reading our card/key and we were stuck inside for a while. newly but cheaply done place, lots of things wobbly, handles, taps, etc…

Perfect little stop over for the boat to the islands.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hostel is located on a quiet street away from the main street and there are not many tourists. Perfect if thats what you are looking for.

Nothing to complain about for the price.

Location convenient if you look for a short stay to catch morning ferry to phi phi or krabi. Tehy can organise boat tickets and shuttle to the port.

Superb

Very nice staff, they offered as well a speedboat to Phi Phi with a transfer to a harbour (800 baht/person), which was convenient and easy.

Unfortunately didn’t have the best experience.

It was very clean and very good stay for a night before you head off to the harbour. One night stay max.

When we checked in, nothing was really communicated. We had no toilet paper in our room - they left after we got there so we couldn’t ask any. It is in a residential street, around 1.5km walk to food. The bathroom windows have a fixed opening so you can’t close outside sound - there is a rooster at the bottom of the hostel that echos through all morning. The pillows and beds were really hard to sleep on.

Disappointing

this hotel is only 2km away from Prassad port, that port is taking people to all over other island, this is the only best use for this hotel if any person plan to travel next day of late night arival to airport

The location is bit isolated from any needed of touriest, No elivator in this holel, so you have to go with all bags to all floors till thierd floor if your room was there No phones in the room, so you have to walk all way down for anything you want to ask,

Fine place to stay a few nights in Phuket.

It's a quiet place, reasonably close to downtown. The staff was very kind.

There was a problem with my room's air conditioning so I couldn't sleep for a few hours. Fortunately, the staff was kind enough and got another room for us with a working AC.

Simple hostel room. Close to Rassada pier. Friendly host, room clean.

Hard bed, hard as a rock. Shower head was broken.

Good

We came after check in time because of our delayed flight. I had to call and wake up the staff to let us in and they were really nice about it. Helped us with free taxi to the pier even though we only got there at 1am and left at around 7am. Not taken for granted!

The matress was very hard to sleep on. Was there for only one night but i didnt notice any lockers in the room and that was very odd.
