This lake house was the perfect place for our family! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy Smith Lake. We cooked on the Weber grill every day and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The pontoon boat and water toys were perfect for the teenagers and young adult grandchildren too. We are already making plans to return!

The owners made it so easy- easy driving directions, good directions for getting boat gas & for a small grocery, it’s easy taking the boat out, has lots of outdoor chairs, lake & water toys, short walk to the pier & dock, & plenty of space for everyone. It was clean, decorated nice, and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking for that size group.

This is a wonderful property with an amazing view of Crooked Creek. The house sits right against the water with an easy walk to the dock. We had a great time celebrating my Mothers 80th birthday and several other May birthdays in the family. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy a great Memorial Day weekend.

When we book a trip, the priority for our friend group is a warm, pleasant place to gather, access to a grill, lots of natural light, a great view, and great sleeping situations. This location knocked it all out of the park. We loved the separate living spaces. The kitchen was large and spacious. We enjoyed the house so much we didn't even make it down to the dock or up to the pool!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home & location! We rented the boat which was brand new & had more than enough room for a family of 12. We had two wonderful days on the water! The home was spacious, beautiful & had all the amenities any family would need! The views are gorgeous of Smith Lake from practically every room in the house! Beautiful clean property
Beautiful views out of every room, plenty of space for everyone. Location on the lake was ideal- boat traffic was mild. Boating supplies and dock supplies were above expectation. Lilly pad, chairs with cushions, skis, knee boards, power to dock.

Great family Lake House
We were a group of 3 families with kids of all ages and had a wonderful time in this house. It’s built with multiple levels and living areas which made for great privacy when you want it. This part of the lake was pretty quiet and it’s a beautiful view looking out to the water. The dock had a lily pad and other towables. Wonderful experience!

Loved this house! Beautiful home and lovely view of lake. We kept a fire going and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals including Thanksgiving lunch. Will visit again!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. We would definitely return. It felt as we had the whole community to ourselves. We didn’t see anyone at the community pool the whole time we were there. It would be a great place to get two or three families to rent out multiple homes in the community and spend a week together.
