Dzīvoklis bija gaišs, tīrs un kārtīgs. Konkrētais dzīvoklis atradās otrajā stāvā, logi ir uz ielas pusi (iela ir klusa, transports daudz garām nebraukāja), izņemot vienu guļamistabu, kurai logi ir uz pagalmu ar skatu uz kalnu. Istabas pietiekoši lielas ar daudz guļvietām (kopā 8 cilvēkiem). Ir virtuve ar mazu ledusskapi, trauku mazgājamo mašinu, elektrisko plīti, mikroviļņu krāsni, kafijas automātu (mēs neizmantojām), nepieciešamie trauki, krūzes, glāzes u.tt., virtuve apvienota ar atpūtas zonu, kurā ir divi dīvāni, blakus istabā liels ēdamgalds pie kura var sasēsties vismaz 8 cilvēki. Vannasistabā liela duša.
