Casa L'Aquila

The stay is in a great location right by the lake, with the main town just a 5-minute walk away. Our room also had access to a large balcony, which was well covered by an umbrella and allowed us to stay dry even during a heavy storm. The host was very welcoming and accommodating, and was kind enough to stay up and meet us to hand over the keys after our arrival was delayed by an extreme 7-hour flight delay. We really appreciated the extra effort, especially after such a long journey.

There is no kitchen access, so it’s worth being aware of this if you’re planning to prepare your own meals. There is, however, a mini fridge available, which is useful for keeping drinks and a few food items chilled.

it is on a fairly busy road but windows keep the noise out. Separate bathroom but private so no big issue

We stayed for one night and it was basically what we needed. We had a shared bathroom with the host and shared apartment with other guests. The location was good next to the centre.
