Our time in the house was pretty great, with so much provided to be comfortable in the house. The rooms were cozy and bathrooms/rooms were very spacious. All the rooms had giant closets, so if you have babies that you want to have a quiet dark place, a pack and play fits with a ton of leftover room. There was a pack and play provided, even though RD said there was not. The bikes and locks were very helpful and fun to have around the beach and Seaside.
The major issues were with the property mgmt company, Royal Destinations. The first day we noticed that the charger for the golf cart was unusable because of the exposed, splitting wires. When I notify RD that we were not able to use the golf cart because of the dead battery and wires, they did not get back to us about a remedy. After two full days, the issue was fixed and RD said they would pro-rate the cost of the cart.
The internet was not working and so we mentioned this with the golf cart and there was no response, other than to allow us to try and fix it and tell us where the router was (locked owners closet), for us to try and reset. On our third day in they came out to fix the router.
The grill was in bad shape, with a completed rusted grease trap. The issue was fixed within a day, replacing the whole grill. However, on our second day using the original grill a, grease fire started and the indoor fire alarms went off. The fire alarms were very sensitive to outdoor smoke and minor use of the stove in kitchen.

House was perfect for large group to have own space but also be together for cooking, playing games, sharing meals. Although there were a few issues we encountered, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend Royal Destinations. Beautiful area with easy access to pool and short walk to beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Pine-clusion! There was a bed for everyone- even the kids. The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was so well stocked- we had every dish and pan that we could possibly need. The location cannot be beat. Just a short walk or bike ride away- and even shorter when using the golf cart. The staff at Royal Destinations were lightning fast to respond to questions and requests. I highly recommend this home and thank the Owners and Royal Destinations for a magical stay!

This experience was excellent. 5 women who have known each other for almost 50 years spent the week in luxury!A few suggestions:1. We all have techhy TVs at home, but the one in the living room was a bear to figure out even with the directions. Is You Tube TV (ROKU) on your radar? Maybe it would be an easy fix,2. Having had personal refrigerator issues that caused a flood at my personal beach house, the freezer sounds like it needs some help. It is making a loud noise when the drawer is closed.3. Since we did not have instructions or access to the golf cart until the second day (late in the day) I hope we can get some kind of credit for that.4. Coffee pot handle was very loose and by the end of the week it would not work at all with a full pot of coffee. It actually broke off.5. Shower curtain in Jack and Jill bath has a handprint stain of someone's who used it to wipe their hands of makeup! (Not us)6.Red ants in one of the bathrooms upstairs (not the master or the Jack n Jill) Maybe a visit from Buzz Woodham would be needed.Overall these things are minimal, as our stay was wonderful. My house in the Grove burned down last October, so it was really great to stay nearby to familiar people and beaches. We are using you guys in October for another property in Seagrove. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a wonderful vacay with kids and grands with plenty of space for all! Beach was within walking distance but also enjoyed the golf cart. Neighborhood was quiet and well situated. We had fun making s’mores in the fire pit. The only negative about the property was a musty smell in the carriage house; otherwise, perfection!!

We loved the house and was pretty much as described in the overview. Two minor things, the bunkroom is a little deceiving from description as it is located in the upstairs master suite, so that was basically useless (for us), and the other think was on the description of the coffee makers, their where drip vs. Kuerig as was indicated in the description, both non issues for us. We enjoyed the house very much and the location was great as it was a quiet street (which we wanted) and very close to the pool for the kids. The only real issue we had is the door leading to the outside front screened in porch seemed to out of square making it very hard if not almost impossible for the ladies in our group to open and close properly. Not a big deal at all and am certain the property mgmnt. company will have it take care of pronto.

Overall, this property was perfect for our four families. There was ample room for everyone to have a relaxing time and the proximity to the community pool and beach access was easy to manage. It would have been nice to get a heads up about the parking situation at the beach access (no parking the golf cart there) and it would have been even better to have a garden hose on the property to wash off any of the sand from our beach gear before packing to go home. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this house!

When we got there on Thursday, both trash cans were almost full from I guess the previous people, so on Saturday we called 3 times to get someone to come take care of the trash snd no one ever came. Also the carriage house smells like smoke and was a turn off for our family we had staying in there. We ask that the air filters be replaced but that didn’t help. I cannot recommend this house due to the smoke smell it was a big turn off.

The washer and dryer were not adequate for a house this size but we made due. Also the carriage house smells like smoke and was a turn off for our family we had staying in there. We ask that the air filters be replaced but that didn’t help. I cannot recommend this house due to the smoke smell it was a big turn off.

The property is gorgeous. The only con is the driveway is tight. The shower doors leak, but those are minor issues. The home is lovely.

GREAT!
Awesome accommodations for a couples trip or multiple families. We had a group of 12 and we were more than comfortable. House is located in a cutesy neighborhood right off 30A in Seagrove with a private beach access a short golfcart drive from the house.
When we arrived there was no hot water in the master bath but a maintenance crew was quick to come out and fix it. Fully stocked kitchen and great amenities throughout the whole house.
We had a blast and will definitely be back !

Great house in a great neighborhood. Beautiful location. Very shady, quiet & peaceful location. Wonderful pool very, very close by. Loved having the bikes & golf cart. Royal Destinations very helpful & easy to contact if needed. Short, shaded, picturesque 0.4 mile walk to the beach. Easy, convenient beach access.
