Un letto king size e TV a schermo piatto medio e una cabina armadio Ci sono altre due camere da letto dall'altra parte della casa, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo con una TV a schermo piatto e una cabina armadio condividi bagno con una terza camera da letto. La terza camera ha due letti full size, cabina armadio .. La Villa presenta un fantastico piano aperto su due livelli con piastrelle in ceramica. Il soggiorno ha una TV e un lettore D B D. Cucina di lavoro con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile con pentole e padelle per chi ama cucinare. Una griglia per barbecue a gas a due fuochi è disponibile per il noleggio a $ 20 al giorno per chi ama il barbecue. Il soggiorno si apre su una veranda protetta con una bella piscina privata riscaldata

Overall the stay was great. It is out of the way of the crazy Orlando traffic. The house supplied everything we needed. My 5y/o loved the pool, but could not use it as the weather was cold during our visit. Only negative was we could not get the TV to work in the spare bedroom. We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean!!

We spent hours with a bottle of drano in hall bath, on us. Kitchen faucet pops off when using it. Bulb in chandelier blew out and the watcher from across the street came in while we were out which I felt invaded because all my stuff was in there. The roof had a blue tarp covering some missing shingle areas so we notified owner and at 8 am the next morning someone woke us up walking, banging and clanging up there. Owner said he told them to wait, but that didn’t work. The clicker in living room only changed channels, you had to manually turn it on and off as well as adjust the volume. If all of that wasn’t bad enough, the thermostat, every 3 hours or so, went back to eco and the home went back to 75! Every three hours, even in the middle of the night so we were up to put it back to 68 all night long. We notified owner and his response was; he called the electrician but they weren’t available until the Saturday AFTER we left. Instead of just programming the universal clicker himself and maybe leaving instructions for removing the eco setting, he just let us suffer. Never even offered to reimburse us for the drano! Oh, and the recent paint job was aweful!!! The yellow is all o er the ceiling and trim boards. I’m SO happy our guests couldn’t stop in! It would’ve been extremely embarrassing.

All in all it was a very successful vacation, only the communication at the end left a lot to be desired. The house was as shown in the description. Very nice pool.

We kept hearing a beeping sound in the house. Reached out to Douglas who had someone come check it out almost immediately & taken care of. Home was stocked with the basic essentials.

The property was very nice, communication with the owner Victor, and the person that watched the home was great, the best part was the heated pool, spent a lot of time swimming in the morning before activities and in the late afternoon’s when we got back, we had a very nice vacation. Thank you, Pam

We are three family members, all seniors who like to go south to escape cold, snowy winters. This rental property was perfect for us. The house was comfortable and the pool was amazing. Our favorite thing was spending time in the sparkling, clear water of this beautiful pool. We also greatly appreciated Ruth, the property manager, who was nearby and answered any question and responded very quickly. She did a great job.

Though it is alittle out of the way from everything we wanted to do, and not very close to shops and restaurants… the stay was amazing, and very relaxing!! There was everything provided for us , easy check in and out! It was clean, and so comfortable for my family of 5 while on vacation!

The check-in process was easy and communication was great.we did Disney for 3 days and it was fun to unwind in the pool! We have 2 kids under 12 and had everything we could use for a week away. The house was near restaurants and a grocery store. It was clean and spacious. We would totally stay again

I had a nice family departure
After a long week of going to the parks and traveling Orlando my flight unfortunately got canceled for 3 days out and I was able to find this stay for my last day, had a beautiful late holiday dinner with family that I haven’t seen in almost 15 years and it was just a beautiful thing, I’m so grateful that the lord blessed me with such a safe travel. Getting out for my flight wasn’t easy but it wasn’t far.

Great quiet hideaway in Kissimmee
Great bungalow getaway. The property is well laid out and has all of the needed amenities. Local shops & restaurants are a short drive away. Pool is great. Douglas was great to deal with and jumped quickly into action to help reduce the heat of the muggy Florida weather.
Highly recommend.

The house was wonderful. Location was about 45 min from parks. Would stay again. We really enjoyed the pool. We was in it from 8am-6pm. Great time!

We rented this property for our honeymoon thinking if we loved it, it would be great for spring break with the kids. & we did! There was a few small things here & there but all in all, we had a great trip! Would recommend that with an increase in the rain, the pool be monitored more closely- but thankfully my husband knew how to do what needed to be done to enjoy the pool. We absolutely will be back with our kids!!! We can’t wait!

Honeymoon Time
We rented this property for our honeymoon thinking if we loved it, it would be great for spring break with the kids. & we did! We were completely satisfied with this Villa. There were six of us. The Villa was spacious, clean, well laid out with access to the pool from 3 rooms. We cooked, did laundry and enjoyed watching tv in all of the rooms. It was a pleasure to come "home" after long, tiring days at Disney Park. Looking forward to a return visit.

Nice Clean Home
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house was very clean, easy to get to, and situated in what appears to be a safe residential neighborhood. The home is 30-45 minutes away (depending on traffic) from sit down restaurants or Orlando theme parks so I would recommend future renters keep that in mind when making plans for the day. We only had one issue with a beeping home alarm and the owners took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay again!

attractive and pleasant property
We enjoyed our stay here. It was a clean and well maintained house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The minor issues we had were quickly taken care by Pedro, the properties caretaker. We had the pool heated for our first week, midJanuary, the heater wasn't able to adequately heat the pool in those weather conditions. The bed in the master bedroom was firm but good. The guests we had that used the others beds said they were okay. We enjoyed many afternoons relaxing in the nice patio area.
One update that should be done is a new couch and love seat. They were well worn and not very comfortable. The only thing we found not working were the electrical outlets in the kitchen sink area. Overall we had a good stay and would consider to renting the house again.

We enjoyed our stay for the week and will be looking forward to renting again. Thank you so very much my grandchildren had a ball in the pool.
My children enjoyed their self also with the grill and the pool. They said that they felt right at home, now their thinking about moving to FLORIDA.

Wonderful home away from home!
We really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room and space. The kids loved splashing in the pool! Would definitely stay here again! Vincent and Debbie were just a call away if needed. Well stocked towels, sheets, kitchen gear. Was great to be able to wash our clothes before heading home.

The house was nice and spacious! Perfect for our quick getaway to Legoland!!
The only problem we had when we arrived were there were only 7 towels total in the house and no wash cloths. Spoke with Debby and she remedied that problem. Could not use the dishwasher due to water standing in the bottom. Has a bad smell but for the amount of dishes we used for our 3 day trip I just hand washed what we used. Very quite area and would rent again if ever in that area.

The property was maintained beautifully. My kids enjoyed the pool. The house was very spacious and comfortable too.
