Very near to Imago. The interior is very nice & cozy. Really comfortable. The wifi and A/C are both excellent. The washer and dryer were both a really good help for us that didn’t want to bring home dirty laundry

1) The noise from neighboring rooms and the floors above us kept bothering us. 2)The iron that we used burned our clothes even the setting was already low 3) The ironing board could use a couple paddings

Comfortable bed Facilities good for backpacker, lonely travel or member group but not suitable for family with kids cause it's more to hostel

the toilet was clean. very small japanese style room.

dusty. the waterbottle was not clean too. pay for the room cleaning rm30. unfortunately no housekeeping turn up, the minimal you can do is please to empty the rubish bin. check in area was no aircon, smell like massage spa place. was told to park at imago basement rm3 per night instead. in advert they said public park for rm8. (wrong info there)

I've stayed here before back in 2019, with a very welcome staffs but this time the staff was so rude. Very rude. From the 1st day, went to feed my kids on the 2nd floor, she was giving us a scary look as if were not welcome at the place. And even told us to clean the table with not in a polite way. And being so straight forward like we did something was so wrong. At least she can tell us politely. And she even give us a look because i wanted to switch on the air-conditioner. The 2nd day, and again, went to the 2nd floor to had some lunch for my kids, den leave them for a while with my maid, and she even said to my maid not to make so much trouble when where around. And then, when i was waiting for the microwave and cleaning the dishes, the mop pail was beside me at the corner and she was pressing the mop beside me, as if she doesnt have manner that she could moved the mop pail and do the cleaning later. Very bad manner! 👎 and then everytime when i tried to enter the 2nd floor door, the password is not working, and she keep saying i'm so dumb as if like i dont know how to enter the password! FYI, the password is the same as our floor at 3A, which i dnt have any problem entering with the same password! Overall, i love the stay but not the woman at the reception/staff for being so rude to my family.

That woman (reception). Need to look at her manner when talking to any tourist in the future. And also, ni resit to proof black and white. I'm talking abt the deposit. Please improve the system. And please check the password button key at 2nd floor, for accessing in the door. Doesnt seem to work very well.

super near to imago, lots of restaurant, Laundry Shop is close by. It is clean and Staff is friendly

SPace Small but considering it as a hostel-like, its is ok. parking need to pay So we parked our car @ imago. Staff asked for deposit but no receipt given- Then forgot to return the deposit. So now we are waiting for the refund

Overall a pleasant stay. There’s some issue with the room that we booked, owner was nice enough to upgrade our stay to a bigger room without any extra charges :) Receptionist Rohan is friendly and helpful! The room is clean and comfy. Nice location, Imago is just right beside the hotel.

So far so good, but it could get a little noisy when the planes flew over.
