Rooms were modern, but the furniture not really high quality. The bed was comfortable, AC okay to regulate. Quiet rooms
In a brand new hotel i would expect wireless charging for phones.

My room was spacious and beautiful design. Loved the bath tub and separate shower. We took part in a trail run race and the start was only 2 km away from the hotel. The hotel is very zen. The breakfast was really good, huge selection. The staff is very helpful in arranging taxis and finding your way.
The breakfast on Sunday morning was very busy but very well run.

Staff are extremely caring & dedicated. Executive Lounge Happy Hour is truly outstanding with a pleasant variety of refined locally revisited tapas and a divine Chilean Merlot, great staff service as well😋Swimming pool is splendid, even the shower gel has the Crowne Plaza colour👏. Superb panorama view from 9th floor 😍Immense shopping mall next door to hotel also offering family entertainement🥳
