Practical location, very close to the train station and also practical for the city center. The room was very clean, and also well organised with enough space to breath, respect to many other hotels. In the room there was no moquette. The staff was always available and ready to help. Dogs are allowed too.

Loved the location of the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk to the bus or train station. Really clean and super comfy beds, staff were lovely. The free travel pass within Salzburg province was amazing as we had planned to do lots of sight seeing, we used it a lot thankyou! We had a fabulous stay and would recommend and stay again!
Only one small improvement we would suggest is some milk to go along with the coffee, that would be brilliant.

Great location near a transit hub. Many walkable things near by including the train station.
Clean and the breakfast was very good.

The location is good as it’s close to the main station
In December, we didn’t get hot water in bathroom. Highly inconvenient. Also, the rooms and washrooms are not cleaned for 3 days as per hotel policy- leaving you with wet towels everywhere in the small room & at times no fresh towel to use.
