Graziosa, ottima posizione
La strada un po’ sporca ma nello standard di Lisbona

Great location, very clean, carefully and tastefully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Aircon/heating in every room should you need it. Very comfortable beds. Fabulous views from rooftop terrace. Very responsive hosts.
Very premium price with no breakfast included. Wafts of sewerage smell on terrace. Other much cheaper properties in Portugal left us a complimentary bottle of wine….here we got a bottle of water. Carrying suitcases up and down the many stairs is only for the very able. Taxi/uber/car can only access half a block down the next street.

Great location but on a quiet street. The beds were comfy, the apartment was clean and quiet. The code system to get in was really handy and easy to use.
Very minor points but there was no lock on the bathroom door and we couldn’t use the coffee maker as we couldn’t find anywhere that sold the pods

We stayed in the duplex apartment at the top of the building and the accommodation and facilities were excellent and very well appointed. The roof terrace was a particular highlight and a great way to chill after a long day sightseeing.
There was nothing to dislike but there are a lot of steps , both inside and outside the building , that may not be suitable for everyone.
