Excellent location and comfortable facilities.
The property would benefit from a swimming pool and organic/ more natural ingredients for breakfast.

It’s right across from Nanwan in Kenting. Because the hotel sits up high, you get an unbeatable sea view — it’s genuinely stunning. Surfing is convenient too. Kenting often gets a lot of negative reviews, but this stay actually surprised me. The ocean view from the hotel was the highlight.
Parking is really limited, and there’s no lift! Luckily I was on the ground floor, so I didn’t have to climb the stairs.
The water dispenser is inconvenient — you have to go up to the second floor.

Nice view from the balcony that could see part of the beach and the sea. The beach is not far from the hotel. Breakfasts are nice...!
compare to the other accommodations the hotel is rather expensive...!

Sea view
No escalator, have to take the luggage up to 3th floor on our own, not recommended for family who bring along old parents
