Super bello e aggiornato, rinnovato di recente, nuovi mobili, nuova vernice, nuovi ventilatori a soffitto, 1 minuto a piedi da Coligny Beach, abbonamento gratuito alla palestra che è proprio in fondo alla strada! Questa unità è incredibilmente pulita e ben fornita.
Più nuovo letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto e c'è un sacco di spazio. Questa unità ha anche un bel balcone con posti a sedere all'aperto e GRANDI viste sull'oceano! Ci sono ascensori attraverso complessi e servizi di lavanderia su ogni livello. C'è una piscina privata molto grande con lettini, tavoli e ombrelloni. Questo è un complesso recintato SICURO. Hai accesso diretto alla spiaggia su una passerella, con docce all'aperto. C'è una nuova terrazza sul mare con sedie a sdraio e una bella altalena! Barbecue e area picnic sono a vostra disposizione e sono stati ampliati e vengono puliti ogni giorno! QUESTA UNITÀ VIENE CON 4 NUOVE SEDIE DA SPIAGGIA E OMBRELLO E 2 BICI !!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo right by the beach! Check in was easy, condo was clean and ready for a relaxing weekend away! We enjoyed the addition of the bikes, which we ride on the beach!

Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately during this time there was a giant trash trailer parked in the parking lot at the time due to some work. Other then that stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

Great property and a great location. This was our first trip to Hilton Head during the winter. It was exactly what we needed. Property management shared all check-in information prior to visit and promptly replied for all questions. Thank you for a great visit!

Surprsied with how clear you can hear outside noise from bed including in the condo facilities hallways. Full size bed not queen as advertised

We had the best week in Hilton Head. The location of this property is amazing as you’re just steps to the beach. We loved all the pathways around the property to walk or ride or bikes to coffee or shopping. We’d definitely stay here again!

Scott and Lorrie are good VRBO owners. They responded when needed. The instructions were on point. The Villa was decorated ala beach-style. All amenities were accounted for. Beach access was easy. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing really not to like about staying at this condo. It was decorated so nice had everything I needed and was on the beach. It was centrally located to all the things we needed to get to and having the bikes included was great. Super clean Great location and would definitely stay again.. check in and check out we're super easy. And having a pool was a plus also..

We loved our time at Sea Side Villas! The amenities (outdoor shower, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen) were incredible and made our stay so comfortable. The quick walk to the beach was our favorite part! Lori was super nice and communicative. The only reason for knocking off a star is because the bed is not a queen as listed, but a full. It may seem like a small detail, but when you have two very tall people sharing a bed it makes a big difference!

My best friend and I always take a girls trip to Hilton Head in March. We had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed bike rides in the beach.

Condo was very nice and clean, pretty much everything we needed was supplied. Location was close to beach, shops , restaurants. Providing the bicycles to use was a great benefit. Very happy with our decision to stay there.

This was a beautiful little condo in a perfect location with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook when we arrived, like spices & such, coffee & tea, filters for the coffeemaker, etc. Having two bikes with the room was so nice to not have to worry about renting bikes, and the view of the ocean and very short walk to the beach were so wonderful. We could also walk to Coligny and many other places to eat/shops. The only thing we did not like about the room was the water pressure in the shower, it was very lacking even when all the way on and was basically only a dribble no matter if you had it on the shower head or the handheld or both. If that was fixed, we would most definitely stay here again our next time in HHI!

We love the Coligny Plaza area and the location of this condo was perfect for us! Short walk to tons of shops and restaurants and sits right on the beach! Great location!

This property is just how described online. Just a short walk to the beach on enjoy the sunset and the bunnies from the deck. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but looked nice.
I recommend this property for relaxing and enjoying island life.

I think the property managers could have been more attentive in correcting some of the problems that we told them about instead of finding fault with our approach in bringing up some of the shortfalls

We have stayed in this complex numerous times. Property is right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Great size for a couple or family with small children.
