Everything was exceptional!!!
The apartment is as on pictures, even more beautiful.
The cleanness is on point. You have everything in the apartment that you need. And if you need something extra there are very polite and welcoming hosts Dmitar and Jasmina, who will provide you with(amost) anything 😊
The little garden is extra bonus.
The citty beach is very close - about 200 meters. And you have about 1km of beach to the north.
We had sunny but very windy weather, which caused big waves and a lot of sea grass at the beach.
Night life is very activ, from walking zone which is full of restoraunts to the night clubs (on the beach). There are also a lot of festivals organised by the city of Burgas for what you should inform yourself in advance of your stay.
Parking is provided.

the property was fabulous, it was spotlessly clean, very warm and comfortable. it was in an excellent location, very near to the town centre, the coast and the bus and train station. lots of information is provided by the hosts on what to do in the local area too, if I return to Burgas I would definitely stay here again

Extremely clean apartment, excellent location, and accommodating hosts. The property looks nicer than the photos. Check-in and check out we're seemless and parking was just across the street. We loved our stay there.

The apartment is not big but very cozy and comfortable inside the amazing building. It's great value for money.
The owner Dimitar was extremely helpful and flexible. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary in the kitchen, including the dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine with plenty of coffee capsules. The bed is super nice, the bedroom looks in the inner court, and is very silent. A laundry with a washing machine, washing detergents, and a drying machine is available on the ground floor. Walking distance to the seaport and to the city center. Secure parking in the private court. For sure will return and advise my friends.
would be nice to put some light curtains in the living room so you can allow daylight in the room but not to be exposed in the room that is visible from the street. Otherwise, we had to keep the current curtains closed all the time.

This property exceeded our expectations! It is perfectly located on a quiet side street to the main shopping street with only 1 minute walk to the beach and sea garden. Everything in Burgas is at a max. 10-minute walking distance from you. The apartment is in a charming, beautifully decorated and well equipped house. There is a parking space for the guests. The apartment is well furnished with everything you might need. Very comfortable bed and high quality linen and pillows. There are small details and amenities, which you would not normally expect from a b&b- slippers, bathroom kit etc. There is a good instruction manual (as the apartment is very modern and high tech) with a lot of recommendations about the town.
The owner is a very friendly and helpful man. He greeted us and was there to answer all our questions and help us out. He also gave us amazing restaurant recommendations!
To sum up, do yourselves a favour and stay at this apartment the next time you are in Burgas. It is the perfect combination of a nice family-run b&b with hotel quality and amenities.

The apartment is just wonderful. Spacious but cosy, modern and classy at the same time, well lightened, well equipped and what most important - VERY clean. I am already sure that I will come back to Burgas and I know where I want to stay 😁

A wonderful home that is very well appointed and the hosts went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Everything we needed for our stay was at hand, the apartment was warm and welcoming. A lovely place we will definitely be back.

The apartment is great, pictures do not lie: all of the amenities were there, location is great, every detail is taken care of by the wonderful hosts. Would gladly revisit them anytime. We even got help with the airport shuttle!
It.s silly, but we are toast for breakfast people, so maybe a toaster would be a great addition. We loved the sandwich-maker though!

Wi-Fi connection is perfect! Location is perfect as well as Dimitar and Jasmina are perfect. For example, Dimitar helped me to print the boarding passes. I think that it has been very good decision to choose this apartment.

Everything! Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from everywhere - beach, main street with caffeys, shops and restaurants, the Sea garden, the port, paid parking.
Very cosy, spacious apartment, with designers touch. Small, private backyard with sitting area for the hot summer nights. The owners though of every single detail, so nothing was missing. You just enter and enjoy! ☺️
A bit noisy from the street. But is understandable for this location. If you close the windows, problem is solved.

Top location, in city center and also very close to the beach. Modern design, cozy apartment with privet garden on the ground floor. Perfect for family vacation or romantic getaway!
P.s. the shelf check in/out was very convenient.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Localization is perfect. Air conditioning and Netflix helped to survive through the hottest hours of the day.

Contemporary! Stylish! Equipment and facilities are new and functional! Perfectly clean and fine bed linen! Amazing location - a breath away from the Sea Garden and main historic pedestrian area! Excellent guidance from the hosts who were always available! We loved the place and would return!
