It is located in the best location in town, in a pedestrian area but very central. Staff is overall friendly and is very helpful with any question you have. There was also a place to store bikes

The hotel didn't really meet our expectations. The room looked nice, but it was a bit smelly and also the Airco is really loud at night and noisy from the hallway is a bit disturbing. All in all acceptable, but it could be better. Biggest issue is the breakfast. It lacks variety and for a boutique hotel is just too low quality. There are bakeries around the corner with great pastries, now there are only a few cold tasteless pastries. Also they don't buy enough for all customers. There is 1 bread for everyone, if it's done the other customers just get supermarket-bag bread....

Poorly designed rooms, small rooms and a shower that leaks onto the bedroom floor. Need somewhere to hang wet towels

Pleasant staff, but the room and Booking.com description were very disappointing

The hotel foyer is impressive and the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience of the room was quite different from the impression given by the Booking.com listing. The room we were allocated was very small, with limited storage and a small window looking onto a white wall. This was very different from the impression given by the photographs and description on Booking.com, which referred to an inner courtyard view. The room description also stated that it includedslippers, but these were not provided. There was also a large wooden structure positioned over the bed which we had not seen in the Booking.com photographs. It served no obvious purpose and made moving around the bed, particularly on one side, more difficult.
