The Decoplage Condominium si trova all'incrocio tra Lincoln Road e Collins Avenue sull'Oceano Atlantico a South Beach, in Florida. E 'strategicamente posizionato tra il Ritz Carlton e The Loews Hotel nel cuore di tutto ciò che rende South Beach una destinazione famosa in tutto il mondo, spesso chiamata "Riviera degli Stati Uniti!" Il nostro appartamento è stato COMPLETAMENTE RIMODATO ed è arredato con gusto. Lo studio si trova al 5 ° piano, esposto a sud con un'incredibile illuminazione naturale e una vista sulla città. L'edificio ha una stretta sicurezza con personale addetto alla reception nella hall e una guardia di sicurezza 24/7. Il noleggio viene fornito con un posto auto per la TUA AUTO accessibile tramite VALET SERVICE GRATUITO.
Lo studio può ospitare 4 (nuovo letto matrimoniale e divano in pelle che si apre su un altro letto queen-size). La struttura vanta una bella piscina New Infinity e terrazza con vista sull'oceano e un centro fitness. E sei a pochi passi dalla spiaggia con un posto speciale assegnato per gli ospiti del Decoplage con noleggio di sedie e ombrelloni. È inoltre possibile fare una passeggiata sulla passerella recentemente rinnovata situata direttamente dietro il nostro edificio.
Taxi, bus turistici e urbani, noleggio biciclette, farmacia, alimentari, ristoranti e caffetterie sono tutti situati proprio fuori dalla nostra porta su Lincoln Road.

Host Monica was very responsive to any issues, kind and courteous. The studio was exactly as advertised and had everything needed to be self sufficient. Easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very good place to stay short or long term.

The location though of this building is what did it for me. As soon as you walk out of the complex you are on the beach. Everything is as advertised. I was working remotely here for 2 months and everything was just very smooth from the WiFi,Cable,AC. I highly recommend this place and if I am back in Miami I hope to stay here again.

My experience here was great! Monica was always available and extremely hospitable to make sure my stay was amazing. The building’s amenities were A+ with the beautiful pool and gym. The location though of this building is what did it for me. As soon as you walk out of the complex you are on the beach. Everything is as advertised. I was working remotely here for 2 months and everything was just very smooth from the WiFi,Cable,AC. I highly recommend this place and if I am back in Miami I hope to stay here again.

What you see is what you get
What a gem of a condo!. Fully equipped, facilities exceeded expectations. Location was the nucleus of everything. The beach, walkway, stores restaurants and a surprise theatre production of Louis Armstrong's It's A Wonderful Life. Our host Monica was attentive gracious and interactive.
We highly recommend this condo to the fussiest of travellers.

The apartment has been fantastic!! I stayed here for a month and it made my stay in Miami so much more enjoyable. The apartment was pristine when I came, and all the necessities in condo to have a great time. Pool and gym are both easy access and fun to use. The beach is your neighbor! The staff here is fantastic. Everyone gets things done as quickly as you request, and the security and valet are top notch. The location could not be better, it is an easy location to get around and close to everything. The condo itself is wonderful. It was newly renovated and very clean, a great comfy bed, and full kitchen to use. I would definitely recommend staying here! Host Monica was amazing and very professional. Thank you :)

The apartment has been fantastic!! I stayed here for a month and it made my stay in Miami so much more enjoyable. The apartment was pristine when I came, and all the necessities in condo to have a great time. Pool and gym are both easy access and fun to use. The beach is your neighbor! The staff here is fantastic. Everyone gets things done as quickly as you request, and the security and valet are top notch. The location could not be better, it is an easy location to get around and close to everything. The condo itself is wonderful. It was newly renovated and very clean, a great comfy bed, and full kitchen to use. I would definitely recommend staying here! Host Monica was amazing and very professional. Thank you :)
