There were 3 couples in our group so the 3 bedrooms were perfect! Also a great location for us to use as home base for our motorcycle rides in the area. We had some maintenance problems - the entry door was not in good shape and bent when we opened it. One of the toilets was not secured well so wobbled quite a bit when sat on. And the fireplace screen was broken. We stopped at the Sales/Reservation office (quite convenient to have it so close to the rental) to report all the problems. When we returned at the end of the day, the 3 problems were resolved. Furniture and other amenities were in great shape but carpet floors could have been cleaner. A candy wrapper was found near our bed on the floor and after getting a slight poke on the bottom of my foot, we found 2 straight pins on the carpet. I would guess better vacuuming was needed. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay!

This townhouse was just perfect for what my family needed. Plenty of space and access to the pool was wonderful! So close to all the major attractions but out of the way and quiet!

overall it's a good place to stay. It's in the midway of Lincoln town center and Lincoln woods trail, thus convenient for both shopping and hiking. The fitness center in Village of Loon is just 2 minutes driving away and it has plenty of outside and inside pools for kids to have fun. The layout is a little inconvenient if shared by 2 families. Master bedroom is on 3rd floor with its own bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms with bunkers are both located on 1st floor sharing 1 bathroom. There is no bathroom on the main floor. Also the 1st floor tends to get very humid as it's almost like a basement.

The townhouse was impeccably clean and has some updates/features such as the loft-style master bedroom and picture window to the balcony that improve it over other units in the complex. Nicely stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook one or two meals a day. The only thing I needed but couldn't find were oven mitts.
The clubhouse and pools are a two minute drive away (unfortunately Clearbrook does not have direct access via road or walkway), and we used the pools every day.
The toilets are original to the unit, so are VERY low to the ground. Not easy for larger or older people, or people with bad knees. I would recommend the next update the owners might do are to replace the toilets with more modern, taller ones.
Overall, a lovely comfy stay in our favourite complex in Lincoln.

We had a great time staying at the property. There was no air conditioning, that was the only thing that maybe it could make the stay better. However, the house is nice, comfortable and roomy for 10 of us. Plenty of spaces. Close to a lot of places and the town is nice. Its great that we have access to swimming pool and other amenities in the community. Will come back next time!

This property looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean. Plenty of beds. Comfortable. Upon arrival, all my kids wanted to do was go swimming but there was no pool pass and it took a few calls to get it. Management was very helpful and responsive. My kids loved the pools and the hot tubs. My only complaint and thing that would stop me from staying again was the overwhelming smell that hit you when you opened the front door and in the two downstairs bedrooms. It was a musty/moldy smell which I’m sure is a result of the very wet summer. The owner definitely needs to install a dehumidifier to help with the problem. The management was nice enough to send over an air freshener which helped cover up the problem but really, it needs to be dealt with. If this was fixed, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Maybe it’s not so bad in the winter?

The condo was very spacious and clean - it had everything we needed. The pictures do not do it justice - it's much nicer in person. The shuttle was a very quick and convenient way to get to the mountain and back and we would definitely stay here again.

Loon reservation service is always great. The unit I rented was as nice as expected (and then some)It could use a deep cleaning (a lot of cob webs and dust) the lighting could be better. I did not have enough fire wood and had to purchase my own (I was reimbursed) but it was an inconvenience. Great Vacation

We stayed at this rental every Labor Day weekend for the past 2 years and hopefully will be our Labor Day weekend vacation always. This rental is well stocked, roomy and comfortable. Aside from a problem with the TV (which probably could use some updating) everything worked well. We called about the TV and they had someone there right away that fixed it. Hope to keep coming back to this rental. We love it!!!

The house was very pleasant and comfortable. However, we shared the premises with a few too many spiders and webs that could have been cleaned away before our arrival. Also, there were two light bulbs that were out as soon as we arrived- one in the dining area and one in the living room. The housekeeping crew should have made sure that all were working.

Yes, we picked the rainiest couple of days this summer to retreat up in Loon! However, we also stayed in a beautiful home designed to enjoy Mother Nature from the comfort of a spacious and clean home! The rain was relentless during our stay, but we managed to enjoy one another's company with good old fashion board games, good food, and laughter! The windows and levels of this home gave way to enjoying the rain, like being inside a high tree top house. We did manage a swim in the Kangamangus River, and the club pool. Thank you ...below all answers were very satisfied, happy this place didn't allow pets ;)

The downstairs bedrooms smelled moldy and had stains on the carpet. Both of my friends sleeping in those rooms had eye problems due to the mold. The staff did not seem to take our complaint very seriously. The condo is advertised as 3 bedroom, 1 loft but is actually 2 BR, 2 lofts. This is because the master bedroom has a large opening onto the living room area. A room without 4 walls is a LOFT. We didn't get the privacy we were expecting. The condo was advertised as having a fireplace but when we arrived we told not to use it.

The accommodations were good. The spaces were well separated and met our families' needs quite well. The unit itself is dark and needs more lamps throughout. The few that were there had no light bulbs in them. The many stairs leading down to the unit might be a problem for some folks with mobility issues. All very good, except number of steps down to entrance and up to top floor was difficult for two hip replacement patient! Road noise was significant with windows open for cooler air at night...motorcycles trucks awakened us numerous times...otherwise we all enjoyed it.
