Questa bella casa è tutto per godersi la vita all'aria aperta, rilassarsi a bordo piscina e avere due patii per godere con una nuova cucina all'aperto Alfresco BBQ dei tuoi sogni con il tuo bar privato e zona relax mentre si guarda 2 catene montuose ... Monti San Jacinto e San Andreas. Il cortile è enorme - 1 ettaro con oltre 30 palme sulla proprietà. Tre fontane su questa proprietà. Famoso artista e top CEO hanno scelto questo rifugio nel deserto per la privacy e la serenità. A pochi passi da Indian Wells Tennis Garden, che è la navetta per Coachella e Stagecoach. Palm Desert Country Club a 5 minuti. Mobili da giardino di lusso con 4 sedie a sdraio, 4 divani, 9 sgabelli da bar, 3 ombrelloni, 1 sedia a dondolo e un tavolo da pranzo all'esterno. I signori danno un grande effetto di raffreddamento e possono far scendere la temperatura fino a 10 gradi all'esterno. Due grandi patii coperti, doccia esterna, vasca da bagno all'aperto e letto all'aperto con un soffitto aperto alle stelle. La piscina offre un ripiano per il massimo relax sotto l'ombrellone.

La fontana spagnola di fronte offre un suono meraviglioso mentre si lavora in cucina. Goditi un pisolino nel divano in basso accanto al camino in vetro con TV 52 "integrata nel soggiorno. Godetevi la colazione con vista sulle montagne innevate di Santa Rosa. Fai una passeggiata a Joshua Tree o mangia pollo e waffle nella fattoria di Palm Springs. Ordina il cibo con la puntura di LA.

We were very happy with our stay, the property was lovely. The location was a 5-10 minute drive to El Paseo. The owners are very particular about the way their house is run, which for some guests might seem overbearing, but in fact it is admirable and reflects on the type of stay you will have. They clearly use the property regularly themselves, so they set the bar high for their guests to maintain the property with respect, which results in a nicer stay. I have stayed in some houses with broken features throughout the house because it is "just a rental". You wont have that feeling with this house. We look forward to being allowed to rent the house again next year.

This home is stunning and the pool is the perfect size to lounge in with your guest. Trampoline was in excellent shape. Outdoor tub was spotless. The decor is warm, cozy and inviting. Other homes don’t even come close to having the huge backyard and expensive outdoor furniture this one has. Maria was a joy to work with and she was able to accommodate our additional guest, more people, more use! We also had early check in…some places don’t even allow early check, so happy to pay for the luxury rather than be told it's not even possible. We know utilities in the desert can be pricey, so glad we paid to heat the pool for kids. Why spend this kind of money and then go cheap while you are there! You can tell they take special care of everything from trimming the trees to fresh paint and every utensil you can image. The new bathrooms are stunning! The outdoor bath tub is expected to get some dust...it's the desert...it happens in 5 minutes LOL. House is organized beyond belief! To be honest, I've stayed in a lot of homes and this one is the most maintained house I've ever seen. These are all custom lot's and so private...it's really your own resort. Also I expect to pay for custom tailoring to my reservation...it makes all the difference in the world. I like that Maria makes sure that people have good intentions & vets them...that's what helps to keep this property in good shape. Thanks again for a weekend we will never forget...we for sure are coming back.

At first glance the property is beautiful, but read the details carefully as the extra charges will add up quickly. For example, the property might sleep 12 but you will be charged extra per person per night for occupancy over 8. 1-2 hour early check in are an additional cost. Misters are an additional cost. The location is convenient and the property is clean with a nice backyard barbecue entertaining space. However, the pool is short and narrow and smaller than appears on video. The trampoline is broken with unsafe netting. The outdoor tub was filthy with a skeletonized lizard.
Be sure to purchase renters insurance to avoid claims of damaged items against you. If you enjoy 90's decor that is clean and tidy with a large grassy backyard, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are plenty of other property options with less hassle..

The bathroom to bedroom ratio made for some cramped quarters, but we accepted that going in, knowing this rental has exceptional outdoor living, play and entertainment zones for kids and adults. We even brought our own soccer goals for the large flat grounds beyond the pool and spa.. The owner was only a text away and gracious in her communications. I highly recommend this property !!!

This property is immaculately maintained and thoughtfully appointed with new appliances, comfortable furniture and quality bedding. The bathroom to bedroom ratio made for some cramped quarters, but we accepted that going in, knowing this rental has exceptional outdoor living, play and entertainment zones for kids and adults. We even brought our own soccer goals for the large flat grounds beyond the pool and spa.. The owner was only a text away and gracious in her communications. I highly recommend this property !!!

The pool area was really nice and comfortable especially with the misters (The con was that we had to pay extra for the misters, which seemed odd. I’ve never had to pay extra for an already existing amenity to a property) The beds were SO comfy! The kitchen was large but the appliances were dated. I feel for the price we spent the kitchen could have been updated. Bathrooms were big enough to accommodate our group. The shower in the bathrooms needed to be stepped down into. I’ve never seen that before. Someone with mobility issues wouldn’t be able to use them (in my opinion). The backyard, though, was the highlight. Really well done.
Overall, it was a nice place. The neighborhood was nice. No one bothered us and we did our own thing.
Thanks to the owner who helped us with all our questions quickly. We had a few hiccups that were taken care of immediately.

The beds are all extremely comfortable. The master has the most amazing blackout shades but bring eye shades for the other bedrooms as it’s very bright even with the blinds closed. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just note that the plastic cups and plates have to be hand washed as they’re not dishwasher safe like the other ones so next time we’ll bring disposables. We can’t wait to come back.

If they owned other properties in other cities, we’d rent them also. If you have a small group of mature adults that like to have fun and use the backyard pool, spa and Bbq kitchen, then this is your heaven!

Great Stay and Home!
This was exactly what was listed on VRBO! The house was clean and very comfortable, just like being at home! We had kids ages 5-12 and they all had a blast in the pool and trampoline. This house had everything, pool items, great big BBQ area, plenty of chairs and umbrellas and even an outdoor shower! I definitely book here again. The owner was very accommodating to us and was very easy to communicate with.

The perfect getaway with family
This property is all about the outdoors! It was such a great getaway with the family and friends. We really enjoyed ourselves and were able to unplug, which was much needed! The outdoor kitchen is amazing!!! Kids had a great time playing laser tag in the lawn as well. You don't see that much outdoor space in Southern California, so it was so great and we utilized it well. Thanks Maria!

We absolutely loved this home. Our children and grandchildren joined us for some of the time and everyone loved the backyard. It was like having our own private resort. Maria and Pat (owners) were so helpful and were available to us whenever we had a question. Love this place so much. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Backyard Has It All!
This place is definitely all about the backyard, pool, jacuzzi, horse shoes, trampoline, outdoor shower, fire pit, grill station and plenty of seating all around... lounge chairs, dining table, huge bar area and sofa. Very spacious even for 12 people. Inside the house has 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths but no problem if you plan on spending most of your time in the backyard. Owners take very good care of property so everything is in working condition, no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home, Amazing Pool and Yard
We just finished up our too short weekend in Palm Desert. The home is meticulously maintained and well furnished. But the great interior is only the beginning. The pool, the outdoor kitchen and the various seating areas are even better than the great pictures. The yard is also very private, which I always appreciate.

Vacation Home
We highly recommend this vacation property - home away from home!!!
It has all the amenities you could want and more: Pool, hot tub, trampoline, beautiful shaded outdoor space as well as lounging area, outdoor shower and bath.
We especially enjoyed the lush fruit trees and large private yard.
For tennis fans, the house is a short easy walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium.
We had a fantastic week!!!

Highly recommend this vacation home.
It had all the amenities you could want and more: beautiful pool, hot tub, outdoor rub and shower, trampoline and fruit trees.
The large private yard and short easy walk to the tennis stadium was a bonus.
