La nostra casa si trova ai piedi delle montagne Sandia a pochi passi da sentieri nello spazio aperto e meraviglioso Piedra Lisa Park. Il nostro tranquillo cul de sac quartiere e cortile completamente chiusa permettersi un tranquillo rifugio sicuro consentendo di caffè del mattino sulla veranda con vista sulle montagne o un aperitivo serale con una vista del tramonto e le luci della città.
Siamo in grado di ospitare da 8 a 10 persone nelle nostre quattro camere da letto casa tra cui aria regina materasso. Le due camere da letto matrimoniale anteriori hanno una splendida vista sulle montagne. La camera da letto di registro con due letti singoli log pino è ideale per i bambini. La master suite; con bagno en suite e la nostra bella king size letto a baldacchino e materasso di lusso comprende un ampio balcone per la vista del tramonto.
Le nostre due zone soggiorno separato includono una grande camera familiare con splendida pelle italiana scuro e TV HD 47 pollici, wifi lettore blu ray con un conto complementare Netflix. Si può sfuggire attraverso le porte scorrevoli in vetro per godere del cortile terrazzato multilivello. Si può anche sfuggire al soggiorno separato per la lettura, napping sul divano comodo mentre riflette sulla bellezza della Mountain View attraverso i finestrini anteriori.
La nostra nuova cucina completa di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tutti i gadget e nuove contro solidi piani di superficie vi darà l'opportunità di mettere in evidenza che lo chef interiore o semplicemente fare una grande tazza di cappuccino per il vostro giorno. Abbiamo una grande dinette cucina e una sala da pranzo formale che siederà tutti e otto per quella cena speciale.
Abbiamo un bagno al piano superiore così come il bagno padronale e abbiamo il bagno di lavanderia al piano di sotto adiacente alla nostra lavanderia completo.
I due box auto permette di ingresso sicuro a casa.
Questa casa è perfetta per il noleggio a lungo termine per i professionisti della zona di Albuquerque, come troupe cinematografiche, ingegneri o appaltatori. Il tasso mensile di $ 3500 dà una casa spaziosa completamente funzionale completo di schiena griglia cortile, pranzo all'aperto e di erba verde.

This was an absolutely beautiful home and an incredible place to stay. The neighborhood was fantastic—quiet, scenic, and with amazing views that really made the experience special. The house itself was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed, and exceptionally clean. On top of that, communication with the owner was smooth and easy from start to finish, which made the whole process stress-free. If I ever find myself back in Albuquerque, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful spacious home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and the furnishings are very comfortable with plenty of seating for a large family. The kitchen is very well equipped to accommodate meal prep and cooking. Incredible views of the Sandias looking out from the front windows. Highly recommend the house and this host to anyone visiting this area.

The house was great. All of our guests were amazed at the wonderful accommodations. The owner did an excellent job with getting the property ready for our arrival and was very flexible about arrival/departure times.

This home is lovely. Well decorated and appeared clean. It has everything we needed -4 bedrooms, Big yard, computer desk. Lots of thoughtful touches with fully equipped kitchen including high chair, booster chair and play pen. Owner was kind and flexible with our check in and out as we are in the process of home buying.
The downside: the large yard could have been awesome but it was unkept. I’m guessing a years worth of rotting leaves and tons of old dog poop. When I asked, the owner sent someone to clean it, but it took a week for him to show. Having small children and 2 dogs myself, I couldn’t wait. It took me that whole week to clean it. Then the maintenance guy showed up right after I finished (naturally). He was nice and said he’d be back to clear away the enormous pile (think 10ftx8ftx3ft deep). Never saw or heard from him again.
Then the big issue: bugs. A few days after arriving I noticed bites. I dismissed as mosquitoes. It soon became clear it was something else as I was covered with bites and no one else was. My research lead me to the conclusion it was bedbugs. I presented the issue to the owner who claimed this was a new issue and sent an exterminator (5 days later). At that visit the guy said yes, looks like bed bugs though he couldn’t find any live ones. And then he told me he treated that room for bed bugs 9 months previously. So NOT a new issue. Fine, whatever. Says he’ll come back to treat the rooms. After repeated emails from me they finally come a week later. Different guy says he can’t treat the rooms because we hadn’t cleared all the linens and clothes - which no one has told us to do!! So I begged and pleaded and he agreed to stay while I frantically bagged everything. He confirms it looks like bedbugs but also couldn’t find live ones. Says they’ll be back next week to treat again. Several emails to the company and now 10 days and no one has returned. Meanwhile I’m spending HOURS everyday stripping beds and washing all our clothes and the linens in the whole house. HOURS. Not caring for my 3 small kids. Then my son starts getting bitten badly. So we’re out of here. I can’t keep doing this indefinitely and watch my child suffer. I don’t know what the deal is. The owner appears concerned and he seems to be working to rectify it. But honestly I spent 4 weeks cleaning and butt off.
So, I have very mixed feelings here. Loved the home and was prepared to enjoy our stay. Just didn’t work out that way for us.
