Our extended family of 11 people, including three teenagers, spent five days at Seaside and this rental was absolutely perfect. The location is at the end of a quiet street and less than a block walk to the beach, where we were able to collect sand dollars and play in the waves. The estuary is also less than a block away and a perfect place to watch the sea birds. The rental had plenty of room for all of us with its five bedrooms and three baths. It also had a space upstairs that was perfect for the teens to hang out in. The main level kitchen/dining/living room easily accommodated all of us and the deck off the dining room was a fun bonus. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to fun little town of Seaside, OR.

Excellent fully equipped kitchen for large multi family use. Loved the family dining table we were able to all fit together comfortably. Has plenty of parking spaces and was glad we were able to use the extra fridge and park a couple of vehicles in the three car garage. Would definitely recommend this home for all the conveniences it offers.

The location is fantastic and the house is great for our friends group. This was the second year we stayed here for our reunion/retreat and it was nice to be able to walk into town or take a quick drive to Cannon.

The house was spacious and had plenty of rooms for situations where you need multiple bedrooms. There are also multiple open spaces in the house to congregate and is located perfectly. Close to the beach and the town.

We did have a couple of larger plumbing issues on the first day of our stay, but the host was quick to respond and send plumber. Host was available and friendly. For larger groups, bring extra TP and towels. Only one bath towel provided per guest for the stay and limited TP. House was clean, airy and beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great. The only suggestion for improvement would be new/updated pillows and new/updated mattresses in the small bedrooms.

Couple of small issues, but overall very happy. Will definitely stay again on another trip.

We rented this house for New Years. The location is amazing, so close to town and the water. House is beautiful, clean and so big. Beds are comfy and the shower and tub are excellent. Host was helpful and nice to work with. Would love to come back again.

Our family enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful home. It was accommodating and clean. We walked to the beach several times and spent time downtown Seaside and had a blast.

We had a wonderful stay. House is laid out perfect for our 6 Adults and 5 kids. House is stocked well and Owner’s responded quickly. Hope to return next year for our annual crabbing trip.

Second time here. Love the location and how well stocked it is. Unpack your clothes and groceries and you're home! Huge garage is great for little kids to play and for sandy toys.

Our review staying 3 nights & 4 days over Labor Day 2022 weekend. Plenty of room for 8 adults: 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Family room tv and master fireplace worked perfectly. Plenty of hot water, towels and washcloths. Great kitchen for those who cooked completely equipped kitchen. When we had some lightbulbs that needed to be replaced, we called the owner and the housekeeper stopped in quickly and changed the lightbulbs. Plenty of dinnerware (plates, forks & spoons) and they all matched. Lotsa variety of wine and liquor glasses. Kitchen nicely stocked spices, herbs. Needs a knife sharpener stick. Nice to have two fridges. The dining table was large enough for all 8 adults to eat together and play board games. We hope to visit again.

We had 8 adults and 2 teens and it was totally comfortable for all of us. The house was clean and large enough. 2 refrigerators to use. The kids rooms was nice and the upstairs had an extra visiting place with 4 recliners. We totally would stay there again. It was nice to be able to put our cars in the garage.

This is the 2nd property we have stayed in in Seaside and it was wonderful. Great location and easy access for beach, parking, and shops. 12 of us stayed 8 adults-4 kids and this house got all of us comfortably.

Easy to find, lots of parking, easy access to beach even if it's a little bit of a hike. Overall the accommodations were good. Roomy with lots of space for sleeping. Carpet is a bit dirty and worn. Furniture is older and not real comfy. The furniture is not set up for families that just want to lounge around the house all day. Kitchen was very good, clean and had lots of room for cooking. Laundry room was great with updated washer/dryer. The kids beds are not very sturdy. Parents need to watch what the kids are doing in that room. Need BBQ utensils. BBQ needs to be cleaned after use but complete instructions on how much cleaning, is needed, if you expect to charge clients for not cleaning. I was disappointed in the deck. Deck was ho-hum. Master bedroom was great.

The check in process was easy. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. House was very close to the beach, walking distance. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family group.

The walk to the beach sand is only a few hundred feet. HOWEVER, the shore of the ocean is probably almost another 1/2 mile walk across the sand! I felt the listing was misleading about the beach because of that. I also felt that it was way overpriced. I was willing to pay the hefty price because I thought we would have easy beach access, but we didn’t and that was very disappointing. Otherwise - clean and uncluttered with comfy beds and linens. Plenty of dishes and utensils but scratched pots and pans. Nice appliances. Nice bathrooms. Nice little deck. Furniture fairly comfy, slightly worn. Close to shops.

The house had enough space to gather as a family or spread out with some privacy with our large group. We appreciated the large kitchen and dining room table. The kitchen is well stocked. I would suggest to bring in the following items for a better experience: can opener (their's is broken), ice, roll of paper towels and some extra toilet paper. They stocked paper towels and toilet paper, but we needed more and ran out with a day and a half left, but we were at max capacity in guest count. The fridge has an ice machine, but couldnt keep up with our large group and we didnt make any blended drinks. Bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfy. There's a fan in some of the rooms, but not all the rooms. Can get a good cross breeze going during the day, but needed to shut the windows at dusk to avoid the water treatment plant smells coming into the home. Has no AC, which would work most of the year, but we did have some 90° weather during our stay and could have used extra fans. The kids room with all the twin size beds is large, but beds were so impractical for our group of tweens. The bed frame rods kept falling off and could not support some our kids, so they slept on an air bed we luckily brought in. There's a sign outside the kids area that reads "no jumping on the beds" but our kids weren't jumping, just older...and weighed more than the 3 of the 4 beds could support correctly. The kids room dvd player didnt work for us and the games left in the living room are missing pieces. We brought in our own games/puzzles and were entertained without the items. All rooms are bright with sun light peeking through early, so bring in eye masks if you'd prefer to sleep in. The garage is stocked with an extra fridge which was so convenient. Try to not leave produce in the garage fridge, as it will freeze. The garage is large and had racks of bikes, which we didnt use, but thought that was really cool to have as an option. Theres so many chairs and sand bucket/toys thatvwe did use and were so happy they were there. There's a bbq grill with a propane tank that we meant to use, but never got around to actually using too which is also a nice option to have. The house provides clean linens for bedding, bathroom and kitchen needs. There are no beach towels, so plan to bring in your own. They have a hose to rinse sand off and a laundry room right at the entrance of the home that worked out great for our shoes. Loved this home and would stay again!
