It's absolutely amazing, from stunning location to comfort. The house has EVERYTHING one needs for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We can see the detailed and personal attention to guests' comfort.

It was perfect for my 70th birthday with family! House was super well stocked and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Las Conchas is the closest thing to a private beach. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time here. We have been coming to RP for over 20 yrs and this was the cleanest place that we have stayed. The house had a clean smell to it, the sheets were high quality. Some parts of the Los Conchas beach has exposed reef but this area is mostly good sand with only a few rocks.

Great location! I love that you can just walk out the door right to the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee, watching the ocean. Then played in the ocean all day long. This house is well stocked with pans, dishes, and other kitchen gadgets you would need. We get fish from the fish market, and then just stay at the house the rest of the time and cook food there, so this home was perfect for that. It’s a very clean beautiful home the layout was perfect for three couples. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay as best we could. The picture of the wooden steps touching the sandy beach is misleading. It doesn’t exist. There’s a 4’ drop from the last step to the beach. It was difficult for half my family to navigate stepping over the wall to walk down the path to the beach. I picked this house and paid extra for the ease of getting onto the beach. It has been this way for sometime because the neighbors have steps to the beach. The picture should be taken down or fix the problem. Otherwise, everything was good. I felt bad because my father and uncle couldn’t enjoy the beach as much as they would’ve liked.

Sam was very responsive and great to work with. The house was very well stocked we lacked for nothing. King beds and sheets were comfortable and the ocean views from all rooms and the porches were the best! Karina arranged great messages and made sure all went well. We will be back. Thanks Sam.

We had an amazing time, home literally has everything and all bedrooms are ocean front. Nice sandy beach and not the crowds like there are in rocky point. We would love to return!

Our group with young kids had a great time at this property! The house is the cleanest and most convenient place we've stayed in Rocky Point. Everything was working in the house: AC nice and cool, fans in the bedrooms, comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. It was great having the washer/dryer, plenty of drinking water, and we used all the beach gear provided as well. Thank you! We'll be back again!

Wow is all I can say. The kitchen has everything you need. Each room has a private exit to a beautiful large deck. The beds and linens were soft and clean.

WOW - What a Great House!
We stayed in October 2021, and everything was excellent. The house is exactly as advertised, with wonderful furnishings and fully-stocked everything. We have been renting in Rocky Point for about 30 years, and this is the nicest and best equipped home we have rented. Awesome patio with great views from all rooms. The beautiful wood doors are a nice touch, as are the side door panels that open up and have bug screens to allow a cool breeze through the house. Excellent HVAC, although we barely needed the A/C as the weather was perfect. No clunky sliding glass doors that NEVER work properly on the beach!
The owner Sam was there getting the house ready when we checked in. The Property Manager (Karina) gave my wife a tour of the house and her number if we needed anything. The house was so perfect, we didn't have to call her.

Beautiful beach house with an incredible patio
The home is great - location is easy to get to, spacious, well appointed, clean - but what makes this place different is it's huge patio overlooking the beach.
The patio had plenty of both sun and shade and big enough for 8 of us to chill, play, and generally all hang out without being cramped.

Very nice home, beautiful views and we'll equipped for a large group. Lots of seating indoor and out. House has toys you can rent to make it even more fun. Firepit near beach level was great too. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The homeowner Sam was outstanding to deal with. His home didn't vary from the description or pictures. I travel to Rocky Point at least 6 times per year and have stayed in various places. I would highly recommend this vacation home. You will not be disappointed.

This home has to be the best equipped and most enjoyable home we have rented in Rocky point. We have been coming down here with our families for over 30 years and have rented a number of homes. The location and amenities included in this home make it stand out and easily the best home we have rented. The kitchen is phenomenal and loaded with everything you could ever need. we were able to cook amazing meals and the property manager even cooked a meal for us! Her cooking was phenomenal and I only wish we had had her cook more meals.The beach is pristine and beautiful, with an amazing title change and a large amount of reef. The view from all bedrooms and the living room is just amazing. We brought family down that couldn't believe that we rented such a beautiful home for such a reasonable price. Honestly we would have paid more to stay here!Sam the owner was very accommodating and even helped us with a mistake we made on rental dates, bending over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed.We will most definitely rent this home again!
