This is a beautiful villa in a great location. Less than 15 mins walk to Soller main square yet really quiet. The garden has lots of trees and fabulous mountain views so feels very private. The only thing that could have improved our stay would be better maintenance. The integrated dishwasher door was broken on arrival and the front door knob fell off on our first morning but we fixed these. Lots of blown lightbulbs and the microwave start button was faulty. Unusually there isn’t a villa book which would be helpful for things like the dishwasher as we couldn’t figure it out hence washed everything by hand as the Spanish instructions weren’t easy to follow. Just a little more attention to detail would elevate this to an exceptional villa but it certainly didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Special thanks to Marta for her attentive welcome. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the house. It is in a superb location, just minutes from the centre of Soller and with great views of the mountains. The house was immaculate and very comfortable, and the pool was essential as the temperatures were so high. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. As I did not have a car (you don't really need one as, while limited, public transport is pretty good around the area) some of my visitors did and the car park next to the bar (just a minute or two away from the property) was fine. Soller is a wonderful town and great base to explore the Serra de Tramuntana from (the walking is superb). I ate at some fantastic restaurants including Luna 36 and Ca'n Boqueta in Soller and the outstanding Ca N'antuna in Fornalutx (tip, the bus from Soller to Fornalutx stops right opposite it) but for all these places I highly recommend booking. I also worked a lot during my stay and the WIFI was quicker than my own at home in the UK! All in all a great place and house to escape to. I highly recommend it.

Lovely little villa in a great spot. No on-site parking but parking nearby is easy enough. It’s close to the centre but in a quiet location with a great view. We loved our stay.

A nice place to stay. We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed our stay at villa Futbol. A nice restaurant and supermarket in the near and you can reach the center in a few minutes. It’s a very quiet place with wonderful sight and view on the Tramuntana. We would like go there again. Spanish Rental was very kind and easy to call. It was perfect. Thank you for the perfect support. Michael @ Kristina
