Stayed 3 nights at this beautiful guest house. The host is very gracious and helpful.. Go all the way to prepare take away breakfast as i was checking out at 6.40am. The location is 5 min walk to Amir Temur mausoleum through a white gate (turn left from the front door) and within 20-40mins walk to other attractions. Set breakfast is ok.
The bedding need to replace as sagging in the middle. This make sleeping uncomfortable. Cool and hot water outside the room

Colazione molto abbondante, varia e servita in un incantevole giardino, che favorisce la conoscenza e la conversazione con altri viaggiatori.

- host lady was very friendly and provided a warm atmosphere
- nice patio/garden where you can enjoy your meals
- location very good in walking distance to many sights
- room clean, including bathroom
- breakfast varies and is good and sometimes great
- Glass door and curtain of window let the light in so you can see the silhouettes of people walking past (and they can see yours)
- my room was directly at the entrance so in order to sleep I had to turn off the lights in the lobby and sometimes use earplugs when people were talking in the patio
- bathroom with weird design: sink + shower use the same tap above the toilet
