Fab location and very cheap and the bathroom was pleasant

An absolute nightmare to get the keys - we had to travel to a shop in a different suburb at midnight after an event and then catch the tube! Crazy complicated, and the guy at the shop was hardly charming. The decor was bizarre and the mattresses were like bags of potatoes - dreadful! It felt like a sin to decorate a flat in such a beautiful building so badly. Dust everywhere in the flat. And let's not talk about the stairs ...

Very clean tidy ,comfortable excelent location

No TV and only one toilet roll between 3 of us. Also very hot in the room. No fan or air con. We opened the windows but still took hot. My husband struggled to get up to the top floor as he's got a bad knee. We wasn't happy about where we had to get the key. It wasn't near our apartment. We don't drive so had travelled to Olympia Kensington, then couldn't get key til 3 so had to get back on the overground train and underground just to collect a key then back on train and underground again to get back to the apartment. We assumed the key would be a lot closer to where the apartment is. There was no tea, coffee, milk or sugar either.
