Real Escapes Properties è orgogliosa di offrire questa tranquilla, attraente e confortevole casa in stile cottage situata nella principale St. Zona di Simons Island Village. Costruito nel 2012, la casa si trova in un quartiere privato di alto livello.

Inoltre situato sul pianerottolo in cima alle scale troverete 2 letti singoli e una bella zona salotto con un divanetto e una grande TV a schermo piatto.
Il cortile laterale ha una bella terrazza e il cortile è ben curato. Altri servizi includono una griglia, 3 televisori e accesso internet Wi-Fi. Questa casa si trova proprio dietro l'angolo del villaggio principale e delle sue numerose attrazioni, tra cui il molo e la spiaggia di marea.

The home that my nice and her family stayed was amazing. It was immaculate and well appointed. The location could not have been better, in walking distance to everything. The home was perfect for two adults and five children. When the week over no one wanted to leave. We will return this home again!!

This very attractive home is very well appointed with all the necessities to make for a relaxing week! The lovely grounds and front porch make for great coffee drinking and happy hour! Wonderful neighborhood located just a short walk to town! The Pier and many excellent dining options along with great shopping opportunities are easily walkable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is so charming a quaint, quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t realize (which wasn’t really a problem) but it being our first time to st. Simons we didn’t realize the beach closest to this house is very small, almost nonexistent at high-tide. We also kind of expected some sort of direction on where/how to access the beach which was never really explained. But we figured it out and rented a golf cart which the kids loved! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As listed for no pets allowed, there were signs of a pet in this home right away. The air was not fresh and a lot of dust present behind and under furniture. The master bed mattress was wearing out and in need of replacement. Pillows with dog sayings, a basket of dog chew toys tucked under a table. It was not helpful knowing that it was a home where a dog lives. I have asthma and the smell was obvious to me. The kitchen had worn out pots and pans and the kitchen cabinets could use some decluttering. The day we arrived I was drying my hands in the bathroom and the hand towel rack fell off the wall, so I feel the home could be kept up better.
