This apt fit our needs very well for our group of 8 adults. The host was very easy to communicate with, especially when we had parking questions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Laundry in the unit was a real plus. The neighborhood seemed to be safe (we had no issues). There is some street noise if you have the windows open at night.
Everything in the old city and the train station was easily accessible by walking. I highly recommend this unit for large groups.

Sabine was the best. She introduced us to the area. Gave suggestions for sights, eating ( fantastic ) suggestions. Spent a lot of time with us at checkin.

Grandiose Wohnung, tolle Gastgeberin
Die Wohnung ist wirklich super! Vier separate Schlafzimmer, eine top-ausgestattete Küche, eine schöne Terrasse zum grillen (Gasgrill vorhanden), Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa und riesigem Fernseher ein kleines Gästebad mit Dusche und WC und als Highlight ein zweites großes Badezimmer, welches man eher als Wellness-Oase bezeichnen müsste. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war super und mega-freundlich. Wenn man unbedingt ein Haar in der Suppe suchen müsste, wäre es vermutlich der permanente Geruch aus dem türkischen Lokal welches sich im Erdgeschoss befindet und gefühlt 24/7 offen hat. Ansonsten alles bestens und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

There was plenty of room for everyone, with 4 bedrooms from which to select. Two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy. Sabine made sure we got settled, and she even supplied private secured parking for our stay during the week. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Groß-Familiendomizil in Nürnbergs Altstadt
Wir haben für eine Familienreise (5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) eine Unterkunft gesucht, wo wir alle Platz haben und die Entfernung zu unserem Ziel, dem Playmobil Fun Park, überschaubar ist. Diese Anforderungen wurden in vollem Umfang erfüllt.
Die Wohnung ist schön groß, bietet eine Küche, in der alle gemeinsam essen konnten und einen riesigen Balkon.
Die Vermierin kontaktierte uns zur Abstimmung der Anreise und ging flexibel auf unsere vorzeitige Anreise ein. Für uns war alles top. Wir kommen wieder...

Sehr große , saubere, komfortable Wohnung mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht in Nürnbergs Innenstadt. Sehr belebtes ,internationales Viertel mit vielen Gaststätten, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten- ideal für einen Städtetrip. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Die Wohnung ist klasse, die Vermieterin hat uns super empfangen und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Bin mir sicher das wir nicht das letzte Mal hier waren.

Mitten drin
Sehr schöne große und geräumige Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet. Man ist mitten In der Stadt und kann fussläufig alles erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin die uns sogar noch einen Garagenstellplatz besorgt hat und die Wohnungsübergabe inkl. Insiderwissen persönlich gemacht hat ! Es war ein sehr schönes Mädelswochenende!

perfekte wohnung im zentrum
Wohnung war wie beschrieben. es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
kontakt zum vermieter war unkompliziert und angenehm. die übergabe der Wohnung ebenso. wir konnten schon 3 stunden vor der eigentlichen zeit einziehen. die küche war komplett eingerichtet. es gab sogar für jeden ein kaltes bier und kapseln für die nespresso Maschine waren auch vorhanden. wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen. nochmals danke an den vermieter .

The apartment was very nice and well appointed. It is in the old city and easy walking to everything. including the subway station which is a two minute walk.
The apartment was ready when we arrived but we were informed that one of the toilets was not in working order. Things happen. We worked closely with the listing manager and she (Sabine) was more then wonderful. She opened up another apartment (one of her own on the next floor) and gave us full reign of both for our use. I can't thank her enough for her help and on-site visit when we had the issue.
There are lots of restaurants nearby and easy to reach one day trips by train and tram. We went to Bamberg and Furth (Festival). We had a lovely time. Thank you, Sabine!

Optimal für kleinere Feiern
Ich hatte meinen Geburtstag mit Freunden gefeiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön und hat alles, was man so braucht - optimal für eine Gruppe von 8 Leuten. Die Terrasse ist für die zentrale Lage wirklich genial und die Vermieterin ist nett. 100% Weiterempfehlung

Nichts auszusetzen!
Die Wohnung ist top um mit mehreren Leuten die schöne Stadt Nürnberg zu besuchen. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und offenherzig. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt direkt bei Ankunft viele Hinweise zu Nürnberg. Die Wohnung an sich ist top. Geiles Bad, große Zimmer und eine coole Terrasse. Alles sehr geräumig und sauber. Im Kühlschrank standen für uns sogar regionale Biere als Gästegeschenk. TOP!
Verhungern tut man auch nicht. Die Dönerbude ist gleich unter der Wohnung.
Rundum zufrieden.

Wunderbar für Gruppen
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Freundinnen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten mit 2 Badezimmern, großer teilweise überdachter Terasse zum Hinterhof und hochwertiger Einrichtung.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und somit ideal für Ausflüge geeignet.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
