Sarai accolto da ampie vedute dello spettacolare Golfo del Messico mentre entri. Un ampio foyer d'ingresso che si apre nella grande zona giorno con un bellissimo arredamento costiero che illumina solo la stanza! Per non parlare dei 40 "TV a schermo piatto. Il condominio è coperto con belle piastrelle da 18 "in tutto. Il balcone offre molto spazio per il relax.
Queste stesse vedute possono essere viste dalla spaziosa cucina completamente bianca e dalla spaziosa sala da pranzo con tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 6 + 3 sgabelli da bar al bancone della cucina e ha un meraviglioso posto vicino al finestrino che si affaccia sulle acque acquatiche.

If very outdated was the only issue, I would not be writingthis review. The worst was ROACHES, we saw 6, one was in the bed.We did not call beacause we didnt want them to spray while we were there The washing machine was broken, this was the only thing we called to have fixed because we had 7 women 60 years old, so we had to have a washer, which they did fix. Mold on windows and patio. Cracked counter tops and tile flooring. dishwasher leaks. sink stops up. It did not ruin our trip but I would not want others to rent when you pay good money and walk in to what we was really bad.

Great location with beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed the golf cart (nicknamed “Barney”). It was very handy to go over to Baytowne wharf. The condo is certainly a bit dated and knees, a little sprucing up, but it was very comfortable for our family.

They are not lying about the view. It's fantastic. The condo is in an awesome location and the service was great. The only thing I would say is that it could use an update. There are several outlets that don't work. It just needs general maintenance. I would stay there again based solely on location and view.

The location was great. It was close to the beach. The pool was great. We loved the golf cart and the wharf. The The condo needed updating and some general repairs to be done. There was no broom in the condo and the kitchen supplies were not adequate. We had an incident with one of the cleaning people.

We have stayed in this unit for many years. The washing machine can be a little tricky. For some reason, we have never had a can opener in this unity. I purchased one at Publix so I hope it is still there when we return. Also, a little mold in the keurig.

feel it is necessary to bring to your attention our extreme disappointment in the cleanliness in upkeep of the condo we rented for an extended family vacation. There are several outlets that do not work, there are patched walls that were not painted, the bathroom is filthy along with all of the floors in the condo. There are parts that look like they could have been repaired from water damage but not completely repaired along with furniture that have stains and blinds that when you try to shut them your hand is full of filth and grease. The one thing that was the most upsetting and disgusting was the washing machine is full of mold and mildew, to the point that I have had to try and scrub it clean. I honestly am not sure if I am even going to be able to use it which we had counted on. We would greatly appreciate a response to this email and with the additional work that we have had to do to make the condo comfortable we certainly feel there should be some sort of financial restitution. Awful experience
Property not AS ADVERTISED!!! Mold and water damage in several rooms, appliances not in working condition, stained couches( looked like blood), torn carpets, exposed wall with no sheetrock, clogged sinks, and most importantly careless property managers with no sense of courtesy urgency or concern for guests.

The condo had alot of cosmetic damage for example broken cabinets, broken light switches, broken plug ins, dirty furniture, patched holes in the walls that were unfinished...I would probably stay at the property again just try a different condo. We also had a horrible experience with a "owner" of a condo in the building that thought she could dictate where people sat at on the beach. I know that's not the properties fault but she was extremely rude and sent an email complaining about how she couldn't control us and how we didn't listen to her. I stayed at this exact same condo during covid 2 yrs ago and I just feel like it was cleaner and taken better care of a couple years ago

We enjoyed our stay and spent evenings on the balcony! The space was perfect for our group and fit our needs. I would provide the next group to expect a clean and well furnished home, however there are updates needed. The bathroom is small and no dressing room, the beds are worn and work but not the most comfortable stay. Overall it met our needs but was surprised that the space needed maintenance.

The unit is very nice. It is definitely in need of some electrical updates. There were several outlets that did not function. This required that the ladies do their hair in front of the large mirror wall in the living room. A full length mirror, or any mirror, in the master would be very helpful.
I left a valuable ring behind but the cleaning company could not find it. It was on the bedside table. That was heartbreaking.

Let’s start with the positives: the location is amazing, there are lifeguards on the beach, security to keep the beach open for owners and renters and the shuttle to Baytowne is always convenient. The floor plan is great but this unit needs some serious attention. Outlet covers are missing (kitchen), there is an extension cord running under rugs in the living room, silver (spray painted) chairs in living room rub off on your clothes, stains on cushions and comforter, washer is moldy and smells bad, hall bath has mold on the ceilings, tile falling off (hall bath), kitchen cabinets are chipping, kitchen counters are cracked and stained and maybe the worst of all, the ac unit in the king bedroom (not the master) had black stuff blowing out of it when the ac was on. I would not recommend this unit for anyone, but especially steer clear if you have kids. The photos are very misleading. I have never taken the time to complete reviews but this unit was so bad it warranted it.

Relatively nice 3-bedroom condo with an outstanding beach/ocean view. Well stocked kitchen, and plenty of bedding. Unit dated especially furniture and in need of upgrade. I was at Sandestin for a few days with my two daughters and two grand daughters. We have stayed in this unit for many years. I was impressed that the small appliances were updated. The only negative was that the floors were dirty - they needed to be steam mopped.

We were there to celebrate a birthday, and have a marriage ceremony. It was all great and beautiful.
Everything was excellent and beautiful. Only thing I would consider changing is the mattress in the master suite. Could feel the box springs.

Awesome views, very convenient to the beach. Accommodates 6 people very comfortably. Kitchen has all the cooking and serving utensils needed. My only negative observation is the master bedroom mattress is very worn out and uncomfortable.

While the view was incredible, this condo needs some maintenance items addressed. The dining room chairs were not useable as legs were about to fall off of all of them. Numerous leaks in the ceiling, some of which were about to cave in. Wall paint was damaged all throughout and in desperate need of repainting. Once this condo receives a good tune up, it'll be a fantastic unit.

Great week at sandestin
We had a great week with 6 adults one infant and one toddler. There was plenty of room with the three bedrooms. The location was perfect with a much quieter area on the beach. If the pool was open (under construction) and the appliances in the kitchen were updated (the fridge is brand new which was nice) and cabinets repaired, then it would be almost perfect. Thanks for a great place to stay.
