We were in town looking at Nashville schools. The location was perfect.

Very nice part of Nashville, easy to get to good restaurants and the sites downtown

Overall, the condo was nice, but sparsely furnished and minimal amenities. For the price and all the extra fees, we expected better. An exorbitant cleaning fee should guarantee a clean stay. The floors were visibly dusty and dirty. Both bathtubs we’re clogged and we were standing in dirty water. The property manager responded, but I had to send pictures in order to get action. We ended up unclogging the drains ourselves and scrubbing the tubs. A cleaning person was sent the day before we left. Not sure why as we informed the property manager we took care of it. My guess is she knew in all fairness, she should refund the cleaning fee, but thought she’d provide a quick cover up. I’ve never had a negative VRBO experience before. Unfortunately there was a lack of courtesy and accountability from this property manager. All business!
