We came to celebrate a friends birthday and had a great visit. We went to enjoy some wineries and time with friends. The home was cute, cozy, and clean.

We've been visiting Geneva for 8 years and it's easily one of the best properties we've stayed on. Great location, spacious yard, and a really nice interior. I was worried about the window AC but they worked great!
My only complaint was the best was a bit uncomfortable, but that kind of thing happens with vacation rentals. It wasn't terrible.
Overall a really great stay!

Loved this little cottage! Its far enough off the strip to be quiet but close enough we walked there. Everything was clean and well maintained. Downstairs bed was comfy! Hubby and I slept in separate beds since we are used to a king but we expected that so had no problem with it. He said he didn’t sleep well in the upstairs bed but I can’t personally speak to it. Owners are so nice!! She met us there to show us around which was great and communication prior to stay was outstanding. She even recognized our anniversary which was such a thoughtful touch. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

This cottage is a beautiful property. Bill and Shelli met us upon arrival and gave us great tips and suggestions for our 2 day stay. The place felt like home. Everything we needed was available for us. It is within walking distance to the strip but located in a quiet neighborhood.
I would definitely book this again. Memories were made!

We loved the house and yard and fire pit !
The only thing was it was about a 15 min walk to town which we knew that going in but my friend had just hurt her back and couldn’t walk far so we ended up staying at the house. But all was good because it was more about just being together with my long time friends. Thank you 😊

Very cute cottage. Perfect location to hit up both the wineries and the strip. Great for our group of four, but might be tight for any more than that. The ceiling upstairs in the second bedroom is definitely low, but the main floor is great! Beautifully kept property and had all the basics!

This cottage was a great place to stay for my wife and I on an extended weekend getaway to relax and enjoy the wineries in Geneva. Bill and Shelli are great hosts and their cottage was very clean well suited for our needs. It is located near the strip on Geneva on the Lake and short drives to the wineries. This is a great place to stay and would stay again if available for another trip. Thanks for the great time and accomodations!

Hosts were friendly and setup a tiny camp chair for our toddler which was nice.
Property has a nice firepit and backs up to woods so you can find some sticks.
Plenty of room if you want to bring some cornhole boards.
Pretty close to the strip. Decent walk to get to the good stuff in the middle. First day we walked from house, 2nd day just drove down and parked on the strip.
Has a keurig, dont think that was mentioned in Ad.
Would be nice if bathroom sink had more counter for getting ready in morning.
Low ceilings on the upstairs bedroom, my head touched celing and im 5'8 so might be hard on tall people.
I think would be ideal for 4-5 people max. Worked very nicely for our family of 3.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage was extremely clean. The bed AND pillows were very comfy! I find pillows often are not at rentals. The backyard was great for relaxing and evening campfire. My only suggestion would be to provide a grill. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for the hospitality!

This was a very clean and well maintained cozy cottage. Shelli was friendly and welcoming upon check-in. It was the perfect size for my husband, son, and myself. If you are particular about your shower experience, as I am, the water pressure was excellent and the shower was very comfortable. My son insists that we stay here at our next trip to GOTL, instead of staying at a hotel. ;-)

This cottage is in the perfect location. Close enough to the strip but still far enough away to not hear all the noise. It was SUPER clean and well stocked/decorated. 6 girls fit comfortably and there was ample parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing cottage!
This cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway! It is clean and updated with ample sleeping space. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back after we made our way back in for the evening. We will definitely be returning to this place!

We had a great weekend stay at Gretchen’s Cottage! The property was clean, well maintained, and walking distance to the Strip. We enjoyed the fire pit in the fenced in yard & had ample parking for our 4 vehicles. Highly recommended!

This was my first Vrbo experience. The booking process was simple & straightforward. The owners provided a very clear description & pictures. The property was exactly what was described. It was also very clean & well stocked. They included a lot of extra creature comforts & truly thought of everything. Communication through the app was very efficient & the owners were very responsive. I will definitely book through vrbo & w/this owner again.
