Vicino a stazioni sciistiche, spiaggia e sentieri. Dorme comodamente 12 e ha una vasca idromassaggio. Questa splendida casa di lusso con vista lago è un gioiello architettonico. Design spazioso e tocchi rustici. Idealmente situato a Dollar Point, il tuo gruppo godrà dell'accesso a tutti i fantastici servizi della Dollar Point Association, tra cui accesso privato alla spiaggia e al molo, barbecue, campi da tennis e piscina. In inverno, questa posizione centrale offre un comodo accesso al Tahoe City XC Trail System, Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine, Homewood e tutto il divertimento invernale di North Tahoe.

Received an email from the property management company after my stay with a bill to dump and scrub the hot tub. I let them know that the water was low but there is no way to fill it (no spigot or hose) and I had to clean it before we could get in. The only response was that the condition was “directly related to my stay”. They charged my credit card and would not reverse it.
On the first day of my stay I let the property management company know the toilet on the main floor was leaking. I turned off the water and cleaned up the floor. They told me they would fix it after we left. Frustrating since now my elderly parents had to go up and down the stairs every time they needed the bathroom.
The property is awesome with the exception of the property management company. I will never stay at a property managed by Tahoe Rental Company again.

Our group had a great time in this Tahoe home! About 20 minutes from Palisades Mountain and only minutes from Tahoe City, this was the perfect location for our ski weekend! The house was well stocked with anything we needed to cook meals at home and had plenty of beds for our group. I was told the bunk beds were more comfortable and larger than most usually are. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and excited to visit Tahoe again in the future!

Nicely designed house in a great location. Unfortunately the electrical issues in the house made for a very subpar experience. The entire side of the house with the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms had absolutely no power for the entire first day and night of our stay. No lights, no fans, no outlet power, and to top it all off, absolutely no hot water. This made a frustrating situation. We assumed it would be a short-term issue so went to sleep despite the issues. I called the property management the next morning about the issue. They sounded apologetic and sent someone over to fix it. However when I turned on the sink disposal that same day to keep the kitchen clean, the power was immediately cut again to the whole half of the house. We had plans all day and could not afford to waste any more time calling and having the property maintenance come over and over again to fix it for it to simply turn off again each time we ran the dishwasher, the sink disposal, the laundry or any heavy appliance. This resulted in us again not having lights, fans, outlet power, nor hot water for almost the entirety of our stay. I assume these issues will be fixed before any new guests arrive, if so, I would recommend staying here. The house design was unique, great for a group that wants to be in a closer setting.

We had a wonderful time at the vacation rental. Management office was great to work with. There was plenty of space to fit 7 adults , 2 infants, and 3 older children. Thanks for a great vacation.

Amazing Place!
As soon as we entered everyone just went exploring. While unpacking all I could here from the adults and kids was how cool this place is. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all the hardware we needed to cook. Literally the best setup I've ever had in a vacation rental.
Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We spent hours in the hot tub. It was so peaceful. I definitely would recommend and even rent again.

Cabin was okay. Not as clean as I hoped. Master shower upstairs leaks out onto the floor. Not enough towels in the bathrooms.

There are several things to note that could be addressed and would have made our stay even better. The cooking pans are old and almost dangerous to cook in - the anti stick coating is peeling off - and the knives are not sharp at all. There are not enough towels or wash cloths for the amount of people staying in the house. The bathroom doors didn’t properly lock. They appear to lock but after several instances of our family members walking in on each other, we realized they didn’t lock. The fire place upstairs also didn’t work. The house had heat but it would have been nice during our family meals and when the kids were extra cold from hiking. All in all a nice rental but needs a few upgrades.

The place is open and there are alot of beds to sleep more than 15+ people. Location is great and neighborhood is quite and calm. Only wish they would add a diaper pail for families with infants.

This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe and staying in this house only enhanced our experience. We loved the location and neighborhood that was so pleasant for our morning walks. The home was spotless and the teens enjoyed their privacy downstairs with their own TV. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to our friends. The Staff at Tahoe Rental were very professional through this experience. We had to cancel once due to Covid but rebooked this year and they navigated us thru this process. I would also give them a 5 star.
However, the oven wasn't working while we were there and the toaster oven's door wouldn't close properly so we were at a disadvantage for cooking for 10 people. I would upgrade the frying pans as they were pretty worn out. Overall, we were all very satisified.

Lakeview Lodge Stay
We loved staying here! It was the absolute perfect location, home, and even had a glimpse of the lake. Our group enjoyed every minute of being here.
