Questa grande casa con 5 camere da letto con 2 bagni completi con parcheggio per 3 veicoli in loco. Sedersi sulla veranda coperta per guardare il traffico e l'eccitazione e godersi la brezza! Spazio esterno per barbecue e semplicemente rilassarsi. Situato in posizione strategica nel centro della città, dove tutto l'intrattenimento e l'azione è! A pochi passi dalla spiaggia / lungomare e ristoranti. Ottimo per tutta la famiglia e gruppi! I negozi sono una breve corsa attraverso il ponte e Assateague Island per guardare i pony o il casinò a Ocean Downs per una notte di gioco d'azzardo e corse di cavalli.

The house was very spacious. The sheets were not put on the beds when we arrived. The counter had a ant trap that looks like it had not been changed out in months because it was filled with a lot of ants. The floors were extremely dirty and dusty. The mattress pads were filthy. The dishes were all dirty and dusty. We went with friends and family, who are all in their 30s, this house is a college party type of place.

Location was great, parking was fine. The place was plenty big enough and accommodated the sleeping situation well. Front porch and entrance was filthy and beat up. The front porch light did not work and was broken and containing a birds nest. Upstairs room was a sauna upon arrival and took a while to cool down to a relatively decent temperature to sleep. Bathrooms were a little dirty, specifically the showers and floors. The shower in the bathroom attached to the back room had mold all over the place. We had to replace the filters in every air conditioner window unit in the house when we got there; they were all past due for a change. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and once we got it to kick on, it took roughly 24 hours to get cold enough to maintain drinks and food. The location and bed situation is what saved the place. If just based on the physical condition of this unit then not worth the price for 3 nights.

Place was as advertised plenty of room for large group and right on main road with easy access to beach and amusements. Plenty of roadside parking in addition to the lot. Would recommend and stay again.

The Property manager was courteous and attentive every time I contacted her. This house is not suitable for families because of parties and constant noise surrounding the house. Also Coffee pot had mold in it. No hand railing going to the top part of the house. No fire extinguisher in the kitchen. Broken chairs in dinning area.

Overall, I would say that the house was as advertised and did a fine job, the one main issue that we found was that there was an ant infestation issue in the kitchen. If any piece of food, crumbs, or even an empty glass was accidentally left out, you could be sure to find it covered in ants by the time you came back.

We had a family reunion and all stayed here. Great location from the beach! Very basic/clean beach house.

The property was as advertised. Plenty of room for large groupings or gatherings. 2 blocks from the beach/ boardwalk which made it very convenient and provided good locations nearby for food and fun. Communication with owner was very accommodating and met all our needs.

The inside of the house was exactly as pictured online. As someone else said, the interior looks older but we didn't mind that. It is spacious and we were happy with the amenities (wifi, AC, etc). My biggest complaint is that the listing does not specify that we were renting only the upper part of the house (I only realized this AFTER we paid in a message from the owner). Luckily, the family that booked the lower part of the house were friendly and we didn't have any issues. (The upper and lower part have separate entrances.) It just would've been nice to know before we paid that we were in fact not renting the entire house; only the upper half. We paid A LOT for the three days and were expecting to have the whole house to ourselves. Anyways, we still had a pretty great time and the short walking distance to the beach was definitely one of the pros. More pros: The owner was responsive and kind enough to let us check in early which we really appreciated since we arrived earlier than planned. There is a liquor store, restaurant and little convenience store just one block away across the street.
