5 adults stayed comfortably in the 2 large bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked and had a nice dining area where we played games. Beds were comfy, showers had good water pressure and we enjoyed the fireplace too. Great communication from the owners - thank you!

We came to Duluth with our adult children and toddler/baby grandsons for our 40th wedding anniversary. The condo was a great place to stay for a family. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull-out couch. Loved the high ceilings and the exposed brick...and all of the Duluth/Lift Bridge art. The kitchen was well stocked. Such a comfortable place to stay! Our grandsons loved the view of the big ship out our bedroom windows (The William A. Ervin ship/museum) The location of the condo was the best! Within walking distance of all of Canal Park (Lake walk, lift bridge, Aquarium, etc.) and a quick drive to the downtown area! The owner checked in via text to make sure we didn't have any issues (which we didn't). The access of the hotel pool was a bonus that we did not use, as our grandson liked the whirlpool tub in the room. An amazing place to stay...we will definitely book this condo again!

Loved this place from the moment we walked into the door. It was just as we expected and the location was where we wanted to be. Golfed at Enger Golf Course where the views are spectacular and it was a beautiful day. We will definitely be back.

First time staying at a VRBO; it was everything we could've asked for! Location was right on target for us, We were right in the middle of all the shops and parking was seamless. Interaction with owners was quick and helpful. We will be back! Thank you for a great getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check-in and parking instructions were excellent, and we loved being able to walk everywhere in Canal Park while also having the option to hang out and eat and swim in the condo/hotel building. The two-bedroom setup worked perfectly for us on our first trip as a family of 5. The availability of a pack and play was very helpful for our infant. We would definitely recommend this condo and are excited to stay here again on our next trip to Duluth!

What a gem of a property in the middle of all the action!! The apartment was spacious and beautiful. We were able to walk everywhere in Canal Park and also have access to the hotel’s amenities. I highly recommend this place!!

The location is perfect. Right in the canal district. Walkable to so many fun locations! We had a blast. WiFi is a bit slow, but that was the only downside. Would highly recommend to any family considering

The condo was right in the Canal Park district. Lots to do that was within walking distance. Got to use hotel pool/hot tub. We had an issue with our parking pass, but owner was super responsive and got it fixed. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay here for a Mother/daughter trip. Very clean, awesome location, responsive communication from Beth. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a highlight. One of the double beds was very soft. Fortunately one of our crew didn't mind that so all was good. Well stocked kitchen. Could use a few more forks. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Beautiful property that is charming, clean, spacious and centrally located to anything you might want to do near Lake Superior. It was great walking to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was a real bummer that the pool and fitness area were under renovation. Luckily, there was enough to do that our kids didn't miss the pool too much.

We wanted to spend the weekend in Duluth to celebrate my son's birthday and chose this rental for its great location. It was a great choice as we were able to walk everywhere. Took in a play at Norshor playhouse, visited the Aquarium, found some great local restaurants, and wow - two bars on the first floor of the building for local brews and custom cocktails. We didn't spend much time in the rental, but when there it was comfortable and quiet - even when the place was full of high school hockey players. The high ceilings and exposed huge old-wood columns and beams were neat to see. Ample parking was convenient in the rear of the complex and it was nice to have access to a pool, hot tub, and sauna. Thanks for enabling a relaxing weekend. We all had a great time.

This was a wonderful place to stay for my birthday weekend! There were enough beds for a few couples to comfortably stay and it was walking distance to cool places in Canal Park. In the summer, it's also a short walk to downtown Superior Street where there are amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. It was clean and well stocked.
To be noted, it's a part of the hotel even though it's owned privately - so you have to get a card from the front desk of the Suites Hotel to access the elevator and get to the private condo. So just one extra step but not bad. It was great to hang at the pool and hot tub that are a part of the hotel.

Came to Duluth for a family Christmas and to see Bentleyville. The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Had everything we needed! Full kitchen so we could make all our meals there. Two seperate bedrooms and two bathrooms so the 5 adults and 2 children had room to spread out. The condo had some fun games and puzzles that kept our 4 and 6 year olds entertained. Condo was in a hotel in canal park so location was superb for walking to the lake walk/shops/restaurants. Plus we got to enjoy the hotel amenities like the pool! There is a brewery right on sight as well that we enjoyed. Condo was also within walking distance to Bentleyville and the Train Depot that we had planned for the weekend, so once we arrived Friday we never drove our car until we left on Sunday! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for our annual Girl’s weekend! While our husband’s are deer hunting my daughter, daughter-in-law and I like to take a road trip together. Duluth is a great location and this property was perfect. Our family has expanded so we also had my two grand daughter’s. Spacious, clean and cozy.

Family stay at Beth & Ted’s condo in Canal Park. The weather altered our hiking plans but this location gave us the opportunity to hang out & take in some fun activities in the area. The condo had all the amenities we needed and Beth & Ted were available and also checked in to ensure everything was ok.

We had our wedding at The Garden and wanted a space for my parents to take the kids too that wasn’t too far away from the reception. It worked out perfect as other wedding guests were staying at the hotel located in the same building. Would recommend staying here anytime as it’s very conveniently located to everything on Canal Park, and more spacious than a typical hotel room!

We had a group of seven staying for a wedding nearby. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and right in the heart of Canal Park. There are so many things that are within walking distance, it really is a great place to stay in Duluth. The owner of the unit was quick to respond to any questions and gave great, detailed information. I would definitely stay again!

Went to canal park for a wedding, and this was the perfect spot for my husband and some friends to stay! Walkable to bars, the wedding venue, and other sites in canal park. The host explained everything beforehand and the entire stay went smoothly.
