Loved the ocean view, enjoyed to beach and lazy river pool, tasted some great food at Citron and felt very comfortable in the room. We hope to come back next year!

We come to Las Palomas few times per year, and this was one of our favorite condos.
The condo was very clean, tidy and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Beds were very comfortable and there are spacious closets with hangers, extra blankets and pillows. Well supplied kitchen made our meals more enjoyable. Condo had everything that we needed.
Booking and renting was so easy and accurate, Kevin's response was quick, and he was very pleasant and respectful.
The view from patio was gorgeous. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the shade and afternoons watching beautiful sunsets from the patio.
Resort has lots of great amenities such as fresh beach towels every morning, 24 hrs customer service, restaurant with room service (you can order from both, phase 1 and phase 2), convenient grocery store, spacious pool with a bar, kid pool and our favorite lazy river that you can relax and fall asleep. Pool area has umbrellas, and on the beach, you can enjoy their cabanas.
Overall, it was a great experience! Planning to come back soon.

From the second we opened the door the first thing you see is the Ocean.
When we arrived to the property and we open the door and saw the Ocean..... priceless. Our exhaustion from traveling faded right away.
This property is TRULY Ocean view, being on the 7th floor is just perfect since you are able to see the whole resort from the balcony and enjoy the gorgeous views.
The condo had everything stated on the description and much more.
Kevin's response time was exceptional , every question we had was answered right away.
He really thought of everything , we felt like our home was magically transported to the Beach.
This was our first time renting a property instead of staying in 5 stars hotels in Cancun, and I can honestly say ... we are converted.
We will defintly be coming back and staying at his property

This property is a must! Super clean with the most beautiful view. My whole family and I slept very comfortable. We had an amazing time. The condo is well equipped. My only feedback is we needed a larger cooking pan to cook and we only saw smaller pans. However, we made it work! Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay!

My family and I have already stayed in Kevin's condo 3 times and counting! Very easy communication and never have to worry about anything. The condo is always immaculate and has the best view and patio. We love sitting out there with our morning coffee and at night watching the sun set! Everything obout it is amazing.

We were a little concerned about the travel warnings, but the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the trip. The condo was well kept and very clean and the views were beautiful!!

I came with my husband and parents. The check in process was easy. We set up the bar tab to our bracelet so we didn't have to carry cash at the resort. The condo was well stocked with towels, basic spices, paper towles and cooking utensils. We stocked up at the Super Ley close to the resort and made our own tacos with fresh seafood. The condo.owner sent an email about a week before we checked in telling us about wifi and property amenities. Great condo on the beach, we recommend staying here.

We have been to Mexico only a few times, in Cancun, Cabo and now Peurto Penasco. We will come back here next time. We loved the beach view right from our room. Also enjoyed having a full kitchen, large rooms and used the gym onsite everyday. The beach was seconds away and we visited the downtown area as it was very close by. Had a blast at Wrecked at the Reef. Just had everything we wanted, overall a very fun and relaxing property.

Other than some small things that could use updating this was a great condo. The fridge does not get super cold. A few lightbulbs out here and there. The floors were not that clean we when arrived, but a quick call and housekeeping sent someone to take care of it.
We had 4 kids and so we utilized the pullout in the living room. The mattress is horrible and due for an update. But it was a large pullout and everyone had a lot room. Also both elevators in the building were having issues the 4 days were there despite 2 requests to have them looked at. Not the property owners fault, but something to consider if you can't use stairs often.
Overall we like this property. The views can not be beat. Good location close to everything. The 2 AC units worked very well. Definitely recommend using their app for the online pre-check-in process. It really speeds things up when you arrive. Also there was great communication from the owner Kevin. He was always quick to respond to every message.

Our family had a wonderful time at Las Palomas at Kevin’s place. The RO system was great for fresh water. The view and large balcony were really enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed with regard to utensils and appliances. Bring your own coffee. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the elevators. The pools are nice and the kids had a blast.

Nice condo and balcony with furniture and views. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are plush and thick. I'd prefer thinner pillows, but could bring my own. My family of 4 stayed here and enjoyed the resort. The internet worked good. The balcony is shaded in the morning and great place to have coffee and enjoy the view, sunset also looks great from here. The first bathroom sink water pressure could use an adjustment to run smoother because it sprays/splashes easy. But not a big deal at all. Great condo.

We had a wonderful time relaxing at Kevin's condo with a spectacular view of the beach and pool area. This is our 2nd time at Las Palomas and it was better than I remembered. Really nice lovely staff, super clean resort and an overall great time! My only minor complaint about the condo was the really cheap toilet paper roll holder in the master bathroom, kept tipping over - definitely needs a sturdier holder! Thanks Kevin for a great weekend!

Funtime for everyone
The whole family had a great time. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The property has lots of staff that work hard to maintain the place and are friendly and professional. The pools have a great combination of pools for kid use and one for the grow ups. So yes we had a great time and highly recommend others to stay. Our host Kevin was also great in communicating with us with directions and general info before our trip. So thanks!

Condo was very nice
Condo was clean and had everything we needed, Wifi worked great. The only thing was we got locked out on the balcony because sliding door locked behind us as we all went out to see the view. We had to call Las Palomas customer service to help us out. Other than that the condo was perfect .
