The house was great for our lady golf group of 8. Close to several courses and shopping etc. The pool wasn’t operational though.

The house was perfect for Our large group. Well stocked with all the supplies we needed and great location. Beautiful yard and views. The host was responsive and lovely to deal with! Thank you!

It was nice major set backs and disappointment. Pool wasn’t heated. Water fountains don’t work. One of the bathrooms bathtub drained very slow one shower didn’t work the master bathroom room jacuzzi didn’t work. We were excited to use it our last night to unwind and was very disappointed to fill it up and the water jets would not turn on. Sink by grill did not work. Propane was empty. Golf clubs were out in the sun when we arrived the kids got fiberglass all in there hands from them. All the bathroom doors except master bath room were stained and dirty I had to wipe them down but still looked dirty. Upon arrival all trash bins were full. We had to make a trip to take trash to landfill. This is a beautiful home however who ever is in charge of maintaining it does a really bad job.

We spent 6 wonderful days at this home celebrating our son’s graduation from the University of Arizona. The house was perfect for our large, multigenerational, extended family. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that 5 of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms was such a treat. There are so many spots to gather together and so many others to retreat and relax. We spent most of our time on the porch and around the pool. Sure, some things around the house have been well-used, but for our family who was in and out of the pool, jumping on the trampoline, playing golf, and basketball and then in and out of the pool again, it was perfect. If the weather wasn’t such to be outside and we had been spending most of our time in the living room, the older couches might have bothered us. The reclining couch upstairs by the pool table was wonderful though and several of us liked to hang out there to watch the players. We did find that one of the downstairs showers was not working and the sprayer faucet in the sink leaked quite a bit. A few other suggestions would be to provide some additional blankets ( we had some people who were a little cold at night while others were perfectly fine with the temperature) and dish towels in the kitchen. If there were some there, we never found them. Don was always quick to respond and we had a seamless check in and check out. For what we wanted, this house was perfect and was a super memorable and fun way to celebrate our graduate!

My family and I loved the house, had lots of activities to keep us entertained. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot. It’s in a good location. I do agree with some other reviews about the kitchen needing some smaller bowls for like cereal and maybe some teaspoons, but not a big deal. We had a great week, thank you!

This is a nice large home. I understand some of the other reviews and the comments about the furniture and kitchen items. It could use some TLC. We had a small problem with the pool heat but the owner was able to get that corrected the next day. The home was plenty large for our extended family. The location was great. Close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with owner was timely. The checkout process was the easiest we’ve ever experienced before. Made our travel day a lot less stressful. Would definitely rent again.

The house is perfect for large groups. We traveled as a group of nine adults and had a great time taking advantage of the outdoor space and the space in the kitchen and living room. Beds were comfortable. The house needs love and maintenance. One of the showers did not work, the silverware drawer was broken and the outdoor furniture was quite dirty. When you pull up to the house, you question how nice it is going to be inside. It is a lovely house, just needs a little bit of love.

Property was not well kept inside and out. Pool was dirty and not heated. Outside furniture stained and dirty. Hazardous steps. Inside needs to be updated and cleaned better, drawers broken in bedroom. Teflon pans not usable, new coffee cups needed. Very disappointing.
