The location is brilliant- 10 mins walk to Zurriola, a few minutes walk to the number 8 and 40 buses to the centre and La Concha respectively (if you’re getting tired of the 20 minute walk when it’s really hot- we had two kids, so the bus was useful on the hottest days). The flat was really comfortable and though there were 4 of us, you could theoretically sleep 6 with one on sofa and two sharing a room). Gros is a great neighbourhood. Few tourists but still plenty of great bars and restaurants.

Only one thing. There were no fans so on the hot nights you had to sleep with the windows open to get any kind of a breeze. But as soon as you do that, you get a lot of noise from the street (as is the case with all flats in Donosti). So you need the best earplugs possible!

Great location in a quiet area with Local bars and restaurants. Good communication with the host and access to building and apt via online app.

The apartment needs a refresh ,paint chipped and worn.Basic cleaning done but stains on walls in living room and dirt gathered in corners of bathrooms. It was fairly well equipped, bedding and towels clean.

communication was great with the property manager and it was very easy to get into the property. the place was in a great location. it was very clean and comfortable.

Close to sahoos, restaurants and the beach. was nice and spacious and spotlesslyclean.

Bit of hassle with the lock app getting in the door the first time (after the first time you access the keys and it’s all fine) However Elias our host was super responsive and sorted this out quickly.

Away from main drag. Close to beach and cafes bars. Good wifi. Well organized.
