Host very reactive via chat. Everything was ready when we arrived. The apartment is very cute and modern. It was very clean, tidy and well-furnished.

Wohnung hat fast alles, was man an Equipment braucht
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, man musste alles einmal vorspülen, weil noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger dran hingen, im TK Fach lagen 2 Portionen fest geklebtes Fleisch
Das Bad ist schön, aber unsauber, Schimmel in der Dusche, am Duschkopf besonders
Badezimmer staubig, besonders Heizkörper
Handtücher rochen leicht nach Rauch, wahrscheinlich rauchen die Vermieter

Beautiful house and guest rooms. Large and comfortable. Good facilities (it's not a hotel).
This is not a hotel, but Air B and B accommodation in a residential area. Hosts live in same building.
Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but hosts seemed unapproachable.

Small city center of Diez with Restaurant and shops is around 15 min walk from the apartment
2xsingle beds=> I had to join them to make it a bigger bed just because I'm not used to sleep in a single bed anymore:)

We liked the beds, the value for money and the bathroom and kitchen facilities.
The heating turned on at night at 23 degrees, so the room got a little hot. No problem after turning it off again.

Welcoming and helpful hosts, quiet place to sleep. Clean bathroom. Kids were happy to find welcoming sweets and some toys to play. Family friendly apartment. Kitchen equipped to satisfy beyond basic needs.
Apartment clean on the surface, but kitchen cupboards had breadcrumbs inside. Sheets are not white but multicolored, we got doubts if those inside the coach were changed after previous guests. Some parts of furniture / floors are slightly broken and could be simply fixed or properly glued having in mind they are used by many different people. Small details but affect overall experience.

The location is easily accessible and in convenient walking distance of several restaurants. The property offers a sauna for an extra charge of 15 EUR including towels. The sauna is located right behind the house and can be heated to about 100°C. Several different scents are available for Aufguss ceremonies. Further, the property is well suited to dry and store diving gear. You can hang your dry and wetsuits as well as BCDs in a weather-protected spot outside and they will not touch the ground while hanging. The hosts were great too and I highly recommend staying here.
