Stunning Grade II listed Holiday Home in St Leonards On-Sea
Decimus è un delizioso tesoro vittoriano elencato di Grado II situato appena fuori dall'area stradale sempre popolare e molto artistica di St Leonard. Si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, che è un paio di minuti a piedi ed è molto vicino alle numerose gallerie d'arte, al Kino Theater e a tutti i ristoranti e caffè alla moda che St Leonard's ha da offrire.
La casa in sé è fantastica per tutti. Si adatta alle giovani famiglie e a quelle che vogliono venire a St Leonard per rilassarsi e magari portare i cani a fare una lunga passeggiata rinfrescante.
Dispone di 4 camere da letto insieme a un giardino con patio e una splendida terrazza panoramica
La casa in sé è fantastica per tutti. Si adatta alle giovani famiglie e a quelle che vogliono venire a St Leonard per rilassarsi e magari portare i cani a fare una lunga passeggiata rinfrescante.

Wonderful spacious house, in an ideal location.Comfy beds, great family spaces in lounge and kitchen and room to spread out. There were six of us, and it didn't feel crowded.All the showers were lovely and powerful, and the three toilets across the floors made things very easy for all of us.Great communication with the host (Taryn) who responded to any queries quickly.Easy to find off road parking close to the location.

The house is stunning.
It has been tastefully decorated throughout with each room having its own style but in keeping with the period of the building. There are plenty of bathrooms too. There were 5 of us and it never felt crowded (as some properties that sleep multiple people can).
Lovely host who was super helpful and always answered replied promptly to questions and calls.
We were all discussing when we should come back whilst we were there.

Thoroughly enjoyable family week away in a large well sited property within reach of all of the amenities St. Leonard’s has to offer. Property owner was really helpful with dialogue the week before making the check in process seamless. The house had everything we needed for our holiday. Parking outside the house was a bit hit and miss due to parking restrictions, however, we were aware of this beforehand, and alternatives close by were easy to find. Highly recommended.
