With this getaway, we were looking for some additional space to spend the Christmas holiday together cooking and lounging about.
We were not disappointed. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and kind. As an added bonus, they also prepped the hot tub for our usage during our visit.
The fireplace and well appointed kitchen made us feel instantly at home, and we enjoyed three days of bliss relaxing and basking in front of the fire together. The primary bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. Did I mention the bathroom even included a bidet. That really was a nice unexpected bonus detail.
I’d love to return and enjoy this property to use the pool and hot tub during the summer since it’s so close and convenient. I highly recommend this wonderful getaway location.

Five-star accommodations. Comfortably furnished, fully equipped kitchen even came with freshly baked banana bread! We enjoyed relaxing, kept warm and cozy with the gas fireplace. And the location is convenient for city business and really out in the woods for getting away from that after. This little apartment was a highlight of our visit. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful place to stay in the Seattle area. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and dishes. Expect a little noise, as the rental is a basement. It is bright and airy and very clean. We enjoyed the space for our group of three. Lovely time at this rental. Thank you very much to the owners for the extra hospitality, you are appreciated.

We had a great stay at Jonita's place. Everything was very smooth and we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh banana bread. Would certainly stay here again when in Lynnwood.

This is a clean, comfortable place to stay. The sweet treat that was left was so nice. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that they owners live upstairs, and there is a lot of noise at night. You can hear every footstep and every conversation. Luckily I'm a night owl because it didn't get quiet until midnight. Otherwise, it's great!

The location was fantastic and the apartment was really nice. Very clean! Enough provided that our stay was comfortable and the best? FRESH BAKED COOKIES! The hosts were very nice and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

The setting is gorgeous, you back on to the forest, it’s beautiful and peaceful. The pool is a huge bonus of this property.
Home is well equipped, comfy beds, clean and has everything you need.

This VRBO was awesome! It was great for a family and well stocked. It had everything a person would want. They had the perfect banana bread waiting for us when we arrived. It was still warm. The view in the woods was beautiful and smelled like cedar pine and Cyprus. We loved every aspect of our stay. I highly recommend this home!

Fantastic and quiet location. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the accommodations with full kitchen, and available washer and dryer in our part of the property. Being welcomed with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies was amazingly gracious. Will definitely recommend this property and very likely rent again in the future!

If you are a night owl and don't mind lots of loud noise from above this nicely appointed place with comfy beds, this is for you. The very loud and noisy forced-air furnace, located in your area, may wake you up. The entrance to the place is down a pea gravel sloped hill, so be careful maneuvering it (needs updating for safety). The nice host greeting and warm banana bread was fabulous.

Great accommodation for 3 adults visiting family in the area. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need including coffee and laundry detergent! Homemade banana bread on our arrival after midnight and a long delayed flight was a delight to find on the counter!

This is a beautiful clean home away from home with everything we needed. It has a wonderful location near anything you could want and many parks nearby.
The hosts are great to work with answering any questions we had and the banana bread was an awesome treat!
We will be back to enjoy many more times to come!

We stayed here for our fall break, it was in a great location to do all the tourist attractions. This suite was well outfitted for our needs. The backyard was beautiful and the hot tub was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Lynnwood. The property was very clean and inviting. The large kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed using it to prepare meals. The property looks out to the pool and green belt with its beautiful towering trees.

Great host! Very nice people, house was amazing! Very clean, pool was awesome. Went into property and there sits a boat load of fresg chocolate chip cookies! Only downfall was hearing the people upstairs at 6:30am. But overall would stay there again.

This property was really a delightful surprise. It was light and airy, beautifully decorated, spotless and tranquil. We had a patio and beautiful pool out our double door all set in a tranquil wooded green space with unbelievable privacy. It was a short walk down the hill to puget sound and private walking paths lined with blackberries, cherries, lavender and even pears and apples. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive though we really didn’t need anything. They thought of every amenity and detail you could imagine, a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and even a washer, dryer and iron. This property far exceeded our expectation and we will definitely stay there next time we are in Seattle. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My girls had a soccer tournament in town, and this was a perfect spot for us. The MIL suite was very nice and clean. The pool was refreshing as the weather was very warm for Washington. We arrived to snacks on the counter and they brought us fresh blueberries on our last night. Communication with the owners was simple and they were extremely nice. Thanks for a great weekend.

Our stay at this property was good- the home was very clean and our host has actually left us a freshly baked loaf of banana bread. The only issue we had was the fact that the property was more like a walkout basement that was converted and we could hear the people upstairs sometimes late into the night.
Another point to keep in mind was the accessibility- our 82 year old mom was with us and she found it difficult to walk on the gravel and stone pathway to the entrance of the home
Overall I would still rate the property as good

We had a wonderful stay in this space. We were in town preparing for a family wedding and this property had everything we needed. The owners were very kind and consistently asked if we needed anything. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a gorgeous property and wonderful amenities. The host was welcoming, and communication was very clear. If you’re able-bodied this is a great place to rent. The private entrance is accessed by crossing their lawn and going down a relatively steep incline on a rocky path, making it difficult for heavy suitcases and people with mobility challenges. Overall we were very pleased and once we were in the suite, were very comfortable!
