The apartment itself is nice and very central location. Not far from a park and playground for children.

The ceiling in the bathroom was full of mould and the shower was also not very clean. I strongly advise the owner of the property to fix the leek and stop the water damage on the ceiling. There was black mold which is very unhealthy and I was very worried for my young daughter to breath it in. The whole bathroom and bedroom reeked of mould. Otherwise it could be such a nice apartment when this big issue is fixed!

Washer machine not working properly

The apartment is in front of a school and as of this is EXTREMELY NOISY during the day. At night people run their motocycles and compite on going as fast as they can over a large speed bump making a deafening noise. There is no view, absolutely no parking not even on adyacent streets. The closest parking is at 250 m and they charge 12€ per day. There are some free ones but quite far. The refrigerator does not work well and is small not enough x 3 people. The parket floors are very deteriorated and the entire place is filthy and needs help. There was no toiletries or water botle as advertised. Worse bathroom we have ever used. Being in front of a school and in the first floor, while 300 students come out for their breaks some with masks some without them made us very exposed to Covid 19. We opted to live with closed windows while a heat wave. We did not have the option to cancell after reporting our disgust.

Great location near the Blvd des Pyrenees and the historic city center. Cheap parking around the corner. Bedroom is in the quiet side of the apartment.

The heater which is just adjacent to the bedroom is very noisy. It will wake you up. The living room is on a street opposite to a school which is quite noisy during the day.
