We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location right in the heart of Ermou Street, making it perfect for exploring Athens. The hosting team was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, even though we communicated mainly via WhatsApp. They were always available whenever we needed anything and made everything very easy and convenient. They also arranged our departure and booked an excellent taxi service for us, which was a great final touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily stay here again!

The space and the location

A missing big mirror

The location was very central within easy walking distance to attractions and the apartment was clean and nice.

The arrival was stressful as the member of staff meeting us was rude as we had arrived later than intended. I stated that it clearly said keys to be picked up from reception and she argued back with me that it said receptionist, upon checking it does state keys collected at reception. I had sent a text message when we were at the baggage reclaim so felt the welcome we didn’t receive was not a pleasant experience. Also the jacuzzi bath wasn’t working so this was disappointing as it was one on the reasons we chose the apartment. I don’t relish arriving on holiday and being told off. In her defence she apologised for her behaviour but it’s not acceptable customer service.
