Not much to write home about.
For a multiple occupancy accommodation, there was NO kitchen even though it said so on the information page.

Absolutely nothing. Don’t book.
After waiting over an hour outside the property and the host not replying back to emails or any of the contact numbers we was left to book another place. I honestly do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I also asked for a check in at 22:00 to 23:00 which was accepted by the host. however, didn’t receive a single reply from the host all the way up until midnight. Leaving me stranded outside the property with no way to enter for over 2 hour. After all this I decided to just move on to a hotel nearby as there was 0 communication from the host. Now I’m left with £50 that I paid for this property and never received what I paid for. I’m typing this the next day and host has still not had the audacity to even reply back to the text messages I left them last night. An apology would be ideal I guess.

The client was awfully rude and discriminated me once upon verification of ID. The client cancelled my reservation and kept insisting that the policy of booking the room is for 30 years and above, I am 25. I have proof and evidence that the client allows bookings to the property to people the age of 18 or below.

The bedsheets was smelling, room untidy and full of insects. Also the heating was not even on at this winter period, very uncomfortable and we couldn’t even sleep well.
I regretted my decision to booked it, also the bathroom was very dirty and shower wasn’t flowing well.
The room 1 was very dirty, thank goodness we have extra bedsheets with us and we managed to sleep altogether in room 1.
As of room 4 that was full of insects we couldn’t not even stay 1 seconds there.
Everything about the property was bad, I am astonished someone could advertise that in booking.com.

La habitación estaba bien amueblada , el espejó , la nevera y el microondas , son de gran ayuda para una mejor estancia

Leaving the property was cool
The room was filthy. Had chewing gum stuck to the walls above my bed. Every wall was filthy. I woke up at 6am with everyone using one of the two shared toilets.

The place was very filthy and the owners very rude and unprofessional.
The other bedroom had a wet bed which we could use. There was a snail in the room because of the damp, the bathroom was filthy we couldn’t even have a bath we had to leave and go somewhere else for the duration of our stay. When I asked for my refund they accused us of stealing their bed linen trying to defend themselves. The least they can do is be humble and apologies but instead very rude. I wouldn’t even want an animal to leave in that filthy place later alone humans. They must be banned from bookings.

The house and bathroom were okay, bathroom was quite clean considering it was shared, layout of the property was ideal. Gaining access was easy to follow. Tea and coffee provided.
Immediately welcomed with the fire alarm beeping every 20 seconds as the batteries were low, which was very jarring and triggering especially when trying to sleep. We were disappointed with the room as there were stains and marks on the walls, curtains, inside the lampshade. The side stand was falling off the wall, there was a big hole in the wall under where the kettle was sat. There was a TV on the wall but no remote controller. We dropped something down the side of the bed, when we pulled it out there was a lot of grime and dust.

Everything there is nothing wrong with this hotel for the price. Been here quite a few times now stayed last night and was a nice stay would recommend to friends and family

I liked the location. That's all
We couldn't get in. No key in the code box we had been left and the owner didn't answer the phone 7 times at 9pm when they knew we had a small child with us. We got rescued by another guest who found us a key. The room was dirty, sheets and bed smelt musty and there was someone else's hair in both beds. Bathroom was shared and door didn't lock properly so I didn't feel safe in shower. The floor was gritty and the whole stay was a nightmare. Fire alarm battery was dying and was loudly beeping every 10 seconds all night long, to be heard throughout the house. Absolutely a disaster for the money we paid. We slept in our own clothes and didn't feel clean for the rest of the day.

Nothing is good about this place, if you care about your health and life, then this is the last accommodation you want to book.
Used condoms in the room, room not cleaned / taken care of after sexual activities were going on in the room.
We were told that the key locked in the box, but to our surprise, house was not locked, room as well. We found the key in the messed up room.
So, for our safety and wellbeing, we left the place and book another without considering the money we lost in the useless accommodation.

First of all there was no TV in the room as advertised and when trying to contact the office no one was available.. The room was comfortable and clean. However don't advertise TV when it's not available other than this it was fine

Nothing to like about this venue. Booked this place as it was cheap, and only needed 1 night accommodation for an event.
The property is not safe, the security codes for the keys are easily guessed.
The building was kept in appalling condition, it was filthy. The room was filthy, there was tobacco in the drawers and in the bed, and worst of all, there was a used condom out side of the window (pictures for evidence!).
The other guests in the building were smoking weed inside and playing music very loud.
The "shared bathroom" was locked up, we had no access to that. The "utilities" were useless as there was no where to plug them in. After an hour there we decided to leave and book a local Travelodge! I understand you pay for what you get, but I wouldn't let my pets sleep here. Full refund expected!
We did not feel safe here at all!

On arrival we retrieved keys from safe box to our 3 rooms we booked. First 2 room were locked 3rd room was unlocked.. keys to third room could not be locked so had to keep personal items in the other room.. only had keys for rooms not front door none of our keys fitted the front door.
Went out for a meal. On arriving back the front door had been locked and we couldn't get back in (7.30 in evening) phoned the number no answer. So we knocked the downstairs window and was told to piss off. My seven year old granddaughter started crying...he eventually let us in when we told him we were staying there..dared not leave place again incase we couldn't get back in. Condoms and silver drug inhalers right under the window....

I don’t like the fact the there isn’t bathroom inside the room u hv to share one toilet with the other guests and I absolutely find it disgusting

Rubbish and un necessary items were placed inside the room, room was looks storage room rather than bedroom.
No guidelines about facility were displayed on mentioned in the property.
Property had bad odour smell all over in the house and in the toilet facility.
Other guests staying in the house or other rooms had no respect of residents, shouting and banging the doors was as its a circus house at 2'o clock in the night.
I will never like to stay there again even for free.

Good location for our family meet up. Easy to enter. Key box, we didn't see anyone.
Sheets were clean, bed was comfy.
The room wasn't very clean. There was a kettle, and a fridge, but no cups. No towels or shower gel or shampoo. Bathroom was shared by a lot of rooms and the shower wasn't very clean. Had to wait to use the bathroom, then people were knocking before I had time to finish. The view was onto a rubbish tip which was the back yard.

There was tea coffee ect but only one cup.
It was dirty there was a used condom on the ledge outside the room the cupboard hadn't been wiped down ever. Blinds weren't on the window had to balance them. The doors didn't feel safe especially the shared toilet. On arrival the building looked shabby and they had mismatched nets hung on a wire needs some . Attention but for a aLast minute cheap stay. What can u ask for.
