The apartment was roomy and comfortable and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice and thick. The welcome basket of chips and Tim Tams was a nice touch.
Some basic maintenance need attention. A lot of the blinds couldn't be moved up or down or opened/closed and the dishwasher door didn't open properly so we couldn't use that. Also the door onto the balcony needed repairs done to it but no-one was available until after we had left so we couldn't use the balcony,

We were met on arrival - even with short notice - 30 mins away - we were still greeted at the property. The property was clean tidy and modern. It was a very comfortable stay.
There was no view and we looked into many units bedrooms so did not use the balcony. Lift was also broken so stairs were are times a challenge - however would stay there again as it was good value for money and close to the beach.

This apartment is just beautiful. Fresh, clean, recently renovated, very homey with everything you could possible need. The interior decorating is next level. Very tastefully done and felt like a tranquil oasis. The hosts where lovely and that just adds to the charm of this property. Lots of extra touches made it such a lovely experience. Everything you could possibly need in terms of bathroom products, pantry essentials and crockery etc. Netflix, plenty of towels and good quality linen. Some lovely touches like cushions and throws, a good selection of books, welcome goodies on arrival just add to the feeling of hominess. We loved it and would highly recommend.
A very small pool on the other side of the carpark. We didn't use it but not really somewhere you'd hang around for more than a quick dip but the beach is literally 5 mins away so it wasn't an issue for us. The exterior of the building and lift is quite dated and not very appealing but the apartment more than makes up for it so worth overlooking the initial ugly duckling impression.

It was like a magic cave the outside of the building was old but once entering the apartment it was brand new looking. The location was perfect far enough away from constant noise but close enough to walk to the restaurants. Very Very clean comfy beds and lounge
On-site parking would have been safer. Air-con/heating (if there was any we couldn't find it). The address was not the same as booked. We did get so much correspondence but once on the road we just programmed where we were staying not keep looking up Booking.com for updates. The address should be the same as booking

Location and the apartment was very comfortable & well equipped.
The name of the apartments shown on booking.com does not exist the actual name is Kings Manor, & besides that couldn't find it by the street number because the street is split in 2 sections one which is across the main road which I noticed after almost an hour looking around & after speaking to the contact & was given the correct name, even then we couldn't see it because there was a line up of bins in front of the name.

one of the nights we could t get a park near accomodation but in all fairness, it was a very busy weekend.

The unit was very clean and had lovely outlook from the living room. I was concerned with there not being any air con but there was a lovely breeze when we stayed and we used the ceiling fans. The lady who let us in was just lovely.
The road traffic heard from the main bedroom at night was sometimes loud but couldn't be heard from the loungeroom.

Great location. Nice natural light and sea breezes. Very clean. Excellent service. I would stay there again and would recommend this place to others.

Great apartment in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach and main shops. Very clean and comfortable for a family stay.
The ceiling fans are good but needs aircon and double glazed windows to block out the heat and noise from the street.

Everything was great. Beautiful apartment nice & big. Comfy beds. Kitchen facilities.
Only thing is the pool area could have some outdoor chairs & shade but nothing really.

The host was exceptionally friendly and professional, I had arrived earlier than planned but was very accommodating came to meet me and handed over keys to me. The was was cleaned and very welcoming.

unfortunately we didn’t have a smart tv so couldn’t watch movies . wouldn’t have matter if it was sunny 🌞 but we had 4 days of rain..

The hosts are nice and came by quickly to hand over the keys.
Inside the unit itself is beautiful and comfortable.
Very near to the beaches but be prepare it can be hilly when you walk back to your apartment, so not suggested for elderly.
It has most of the amenities you will need.
The parking was misleading, it said 'Free parking is available at Kings Beach Retreat', but when we got there we were told there is only street parking which we never would have booked the property if they do not include secured parking.
The keys entering the building does not work properly and it takes minutes to open each time.
The lift feels like it will break down at any time and there will be no one to rescue you. Make sure you bring your phone.
The building itself is old and dark inside, it is not a property you should stay if you wish to go out/return after dark, there is no lights at the entrance and inside there are no lights to each floors.
There is NO air-conditioning in the apartment, although it wasn't advertised in the facilities, but I do not remember when it was the last time we stayed anywhere where it had no air-conditioning. I am personally not a fan person as it gives me a headache but it does have a lot of ceiling fans if you like them.
Noise throughout the day is unavoidable and acceptable, however, after midnight there are noises from young people swearing, yelling and running around outside of the property, again unavoidable as they might be having some long weekend's fun. But throughout the day, the people in the unit next to us are yelling and arguing, the property underneath are drilling and doing some kind of renovation. We had to change our plans and leave the apartment to avoid the disturbance. However the neighbors you see in person are friendly!
Overall cleanliness of the unit is good, but be prepared to sharing amenities like shampoo, sponges.. with other people. I suggest to at least provide a new dishwash sponge for each stay, we have left our new one there.
Due to the building itself and the single lock entering our unit. We did not feel safe staying here, considering the amount of money we paid, we would properly stay at a resort next time with better safety features.

Beautiful apartment, loved the decor, very spacious with a little deck outside.
Would definitely stay again. Close to the pub and the beach.
