It's a big, spacious apartment, ideally located from the Ferry terminal (10 minutes drive, max). Communication with Alex, the host, was clear and helpful. The apartment is very clean, entering the apartment was easy. Good elevator. Going out for dinner in Livorno proved to be really nice. Great places to eat, very nice downtown area. We were lucky, there was a parking spot near the church, just opposite of the apartment.
No airco or even one or two fans (it was - really - seriously hot). The apartments' shower is a mess. Big hole in the wall. If seriously taken care of, this apartment could be a killer-spot due to proximity of the harbour!

The apartment was nice and clean, situated in a good location though finding a parking place at day time could e challenging. The handover of keys were contactless and quick. There is a lift.
The apartment had no fans/ventilator for hot and humid summer days. We had to keep our windows open and there were a lot of mosquitoes. No nets on the windows. We just stayed for a night and nights sleep was heavily disturbed by the mosquitoes.
Otherwise if the weather was cooler or there was mosquito protection kept there was nothing to complain.

Very clean and spacious flat. Good location close to the port. Easy communication and check in.
It was impossible to find a parking space. The shower misses a curtain and it's not super comfortable.

Showering in a bath is a crime.

Very cozy and clean apartment. It is near the port and near the city center. Communication was good and uncomplicated apart from he little problem mentioned above.
Unfortunately we didn't receive the information from Booking.com, where we would receive our keys to our appartment, although our host told us he had uploaded the info. But we reached our host per telephone, where he indicated us exactly how to enter.

The host was very helpful and kind. The apartment is beautifully furnished, super clean, and has everything one needs for a both a long and short stay. The location while not in the center is a 20 minute walk and has public parking (albeit limited) nearby. There is also a supermarket 5 minutes away.
The place has pretty much everything needed.
